Today I had this company out to fix my garage door. Marcus and his trainee were very professional. They looked at the door and explained to me where my problem areas were and what they needed to do to have my door up and running correctly and quoted the price to fix it on the spot. I decided to have 'Precision Door Service' replace our old wooden 61 yr. old garage because we were very satisfied with the service, professionalism and quality of the garage door opener which was installed 13 mos. ago. Your representative, Mike, called before he came and arrived in the time frame stipulated when making the appointment. We felt he was very knowledgeable and helpful in making a choice.
Thank you, Ed, for being a customer of Precision Garage Door. I am glad we were able to help you choose a garage door that fits your needs. We will be looking forward to installing it for you!
