From the time that I called until the job was completed, the experience was fantastic. I was given a window of time in which the service technician would be at my home. Damon called when he was on his way from his previous appointment. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. The installation of the new garage door opener, spring, track, wiring, wall control unit and weather stripping was done very neatly. Damon introduced himself when he got here and also thanked us for our business. He is a fine young man, you are lucky to have him as a representative of your company. This order was under Sue Bucklen.

Our Son-in-law in Allegheny County is using Precision for his garage doors maintenance and is happy with the services he's received. Reece came on time, very pleasant, courteous and explained to us the reason our door was acting the way it did, and there was not much that can be done, except using a lubricant occasionally to lessen the problem. Apparently, this is a newer cheaper system that is used in new/newer homes! Advised us it is safe, just annoying! Should last another 5 years or so. Gave us an estimate if we decided to replace the system. Very pleased with Reece. Will definitely call Precision when the need arises!

Pricing for the same door spring replacement and same warranty was over $450 more from Precision even after paying your $65 service fee. This is to me gouging and a ripoff!

For many years, I had heard Precision Garage Door’s jingle on the Fan and honestly, hoped I’d never have to use them. But then Friday, my wife and I heard a loud boom and on Saturday, when we needed to go somewhere, found out our garage door was out of service. Connor came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the spring issue on time and was incredibly professional and informative throughout the repair.
