I called Precision Door service this morning due to my springs and cable damage which occurred last night.The quick response was tremendous. Two hours after my initial call Corie was at my door. She has a great personality. She explained everything to me and did the repair in a professional manner.I highly recommend her.

We used Precision Door because we bought the opener from them and had one minor repair last year that they fixed at a very reasonable price. This time it needed new springs. Cori was our service person and was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. She explained everything needed in detail and gave an estimate before starting the work. She was very professional in every way. In addition she took care with cleaning up when the job was completed.

I received a service call in less than 24 hours after I phoned for a problem with the outside pad. Conner arrived within the time stated, gave a thorough check of the pad and door, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Precision technician, Reece Cramer, arrived promptly on schedule. Prior to arriving, he called me to inform me when he would be arriving. He was very courteous, personable and professional. He identified the problem and the solution immediately. The garage door was making a lot of noise when it was going up and down. Reece recommended that replace the plastic rolls with nylon rollers. It was a great recommendation; the garage door is so much quieter now. Reece did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.

Cori arrived at lunch time the same day I called for repair! Original time was 4-6 window but she called and asked if earlier would be ok for us. Very pleasant and informative as to what she was doing and why. Replaced both springs and pulleys in about an hour. Couldn't be happier with the work and the prompt service. Great job!!!

After the previous wonderful experience we had when Precision replaced our springs a few years ago, I didn’t hesitate to call them with my “emergency” at 7:30 am. Reese arrived at 11:15 am and completed in less than an hour! We presented a “challenge” for Reese in that the door was off the rollers, brackets were bent, and the door was bent. He technically knew how to fix vs. requiring me to have to buy a new door. He replaced the cables and brackets that were needed but reused what he could. That also meant re-installing the bottom panel and repairing that I had to remove last evening. The door actually works better now than it did before the “accident”!!! Great job, Reece! You were prompt, professional and courteous . everything was done perfect........Highly recommend! Thank you ! Reece was one of the best service/repairman that i've worked with.

Aurelio Santucci was my installer. He was very helpful explaining the install process and how everything works. Install went smoothly, he was very professional, and the doors worked perfectly. Conner Scott did a great job recognizing our primary and other issues causing our double garage door not to work, despite our having replaced the travel module. He lubricated all areas during the Precision 25 point inspection, looking for evidence of spring wear due to "heavy" door. He tightened many bolts and the chain, improving the noise and vibration we've had all along. Conner gave us the background and estimates on repair/conversion of our two main unusual wear areas, the incompatible spring system installed and the likely wear on motor gears. We will be watching and listening for any symptoms and bearing these options in mind. Meantime, our door back in working condition, wires spliced and out of the way, saving me inevitable future bother.

George called before he arrived to let me know when he would be here and he arrived as he said he would. He explained what he was doing and why… so that I could understand. He was super quick considering what he did. He was so thorough, explaining what he was doing and he had me put the car in the garage and work the door controls before he left. He had a few hints on how to avoid having a mishap again and he did so with great care. He was a happy worker, He was thorough, explained what had happened, and how to avoid another mishap.
