I had a problem with the belt on my garage door. The tech that came to my house was able identify the problem and fix it in 25 minutes. While he was there he recognized that my other garage door was working correctly. He asked if I would like him to take a look at that also. He was able to fix my other door. He was very polite also.

Earlier this week, my garage door suddenly didn’t want to close. I followed several YouTube tutorials but I couldn’t get it to work properly. I called Precision Garage Door and they scheduled a service technician for the very next day. Damon Burke called me the next day to let me know he could come several hours earlier than my scheduled appointment, if that worked for me. He was at my home within 30 minutes. I explained all of the steps I had taken, and he immediately knew how to address the issue. The original issue was a loud noise on the right side when opening. I actually observed the track vibrating. The noise could be temperature dependent since the door was silent when cold. The technician tried to charge me for a warranty call. He called to move up the appointment and I could not. When he arrived, he checked the operation and lubed the wheels and rails. The noise was evident then but he said it was functioning normally and that the noise might be from a wheel shifting. When I call, I don't seem to be speaking with the local office.

Super service!! Very easy to set up the appointment, Technician arrived when they said he would. Reece Cramer was Super Professional from start to finish. Garage door opener quit working. Called Precision and they gave me an appointment in 4 days! Didn’t expect to get it fixed when they came because I needed a new motor. They had a motor on the truck and it was installed. The door is now working fine. Damon and his helper did an excellent job. They cleaned up and didn’t leave any trash. They even took the old motor with them. Damon was very skilled on programming the new opener and explained the fundamentals I needed to know. I’ll be sticking with Precision for all future repairs and replacements.
