Conner Scott did a great job recognizing our primary and other issues causing our double garage door not to work, despite our having replaced the travel module. He lubricated all areas during the Precision 25 point inspection, looking for evidence of spring wear due to "heavy" door. He tightened many bolts and the chain, improving the noise and vibration we've had all along. Conner gave us the background and estimates on repair/conversion of our two main unusual wear areas, the incompatible spring system installed and the likely wear on motor gears. We will be watching and listening for any symptoms and bearing these options in mind. Meantime, our door back in working condition, wires spliced and out of the way, saving me inevitable future bother.

Precision’s call center immediately answered my call and scheduled me for a same day repair window just three hours later. In actuality, technician Marcus called then appeared just over an hour later. He suspected a broken spring but found a much less complicated & quicker fix which works perfectly.

Damon couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. He was professional and efficient. He made it all a good experiment. I choose Precision because I was able to call them and make an appointment on a Sunday night for the next day, when I was stressed because I had to leave my garage door open overnight.
