I had Tom come to my house to look at my garage door. I've been scammed a month before by an awful company so I didn't know what to expect. Tom fixed a cable that came off. He also went over my invoice from the company that ripped me off. He took the time to explain what they did and didn't do. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend Precision services.

These Guys are amazing!!! I have delt with them years and it has always been a positive experience. They offer a life time warranty on many of their products and most importantly they stand behind it. An example of this is we had 1 of our 2 springs break last night. Tom C came out this morning and was able to replace both of the springs. Even though only 1 broke. When Tom finished he reached out with his hand to thank us for being a customer. The 2 springs and the service call were at no charge. No questions asked. This is why this spring we will be purchasing a new door from Precision. We won't shop them around do to the fact that no other company will be able to offer the value and service they do. Thank you Precision and a BIG SHOUT OUT to Tom!

Our technician Tom arrived on time on the morning of New Years Eve and assessed the trouble with our door controls, attempting to reprogram new transmitters. After diagnosing the trouble, a non-responsive control board on the opener motor, he clearly explained my options, allowing me to choose the best option. He was able to install a new motor, external keypad, and transmitters that morning, which will give us years of service. We are very satisfied.

Excellent service. A lot more e pricey since the last time you guys were here. The service tech wasn’t here 30 and replaced torsion spring and cables. The Door works great and service was great, but $588 for 30 minutes, spring and 2 cables…a bit much!

Tom was able to arrive a little sooner than originally scheduled, which was great for us! In describing our garage door opener concerns (light bulb flashing off/on & a red light flashing on opposite side of the opener with no beeping or sounds), he readily stated he'd never come across such an issue. He tested the door several times and gave us some suggestions if/when any future problems come up. We very much appreciated Tom's integrity & honesty and we said we certainly will call Precision and request him should need arise. As seniors, we find it refreshing and a relief dealing with a company and employee who are trustworthy and put their customers' satisfaction & well-being as their priorities. We will definitely call them again if/when needed & also recommend to family and friends! Thank you so much, Precision and Tom!

I when the garage door broke unexpectedly as I was leaving to get somewhere, I called Precision and they were able to get me on the schedule that same day. The technician was even ahead of schedule and my door was fixed before the time he was originally scheduled rolled around. He was very thorough and did great work!

Tom Constantin has always been our go to. He was related to our neighbors and always does a super job. I called him yesterday as I had backed into the garage door from inside and couldn't get out of the garage. The door wouldn't go up or down! I called Tom and he said he'd be over within 10 min. As it turned out he was in the middle of packing for vacation and I felt terrible to call him out. He said he didn't mind and he'd get me taken care of. He ordered our new door and said it probably won't be in for a couple of weeks. He did a terrific job! He is great!! Don't know if we will need a new opener also.

I am not the type of customer that likes to complain. But when I called to find out if they could come out for the same service that they did on June 23 2023 , 5 months after the initial install , they told me there was a service charge.( I felt that that was not fair). Then I got a call from Tom, who said he was coming out to service the door with “no charge”. I was satisfied with the professionalism that Tom showed!! Ty

On Tuesday, March 12th, 2024, I called Precision Doors with what I thought was a warped spring that was causing my garage door to thump loudly when operated. The next morning Office Manager Kim Snatchko informed me that General Manager Tom Constantin would be at my home by 11:00 AM. Tom arrived on time and was prepared to replace the spring at no charge. However, he quickly identified that the real problem was related to a missing bolt on the door plate that was causing the door panel to not seat correctly. He repaired the door and did a complete inspection at no charge. My wife and I are very impressed with Tom's professional approached to the problem and how he assured us that the spring would be replaced if it was needed. And we're pleased with the way the Precision Door team quickly addressed our problem. We highly recommend doing business with Mr. Constantin and Precision Doors.

This company is great! Not only is their garage door the best and the quietest, but the people who work there are knowledgeable, experienced, polite and helpful.
