Very professional from start to finish. Everyone at Precision was committed to customer satisfaction. We initially had an issue with color mismatch on wood style doors, but Tom at Precision, and the door manufacturer Clopay, went above and beyond to resolve the issue by replacing both doors. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable as well. I had a unique issue with the door panels. Tom came out quickly to assess the issue and within several weeks (which was earlier than what was expected), the replacement panels were installed. I have no complaints, it has been an excellent experience thus far.

The technicians came out and new within 10 minutes what the issue was. Our door was unusually loud when opening and more often than not, got stuck every other time about 1/8th going up. Because we had the 5 year warranty the replacement was inexpensive and done in a very fast and professional manner. I can only recommend this company again.

A misunderstanding as to the cost when I talked to the person in the office. I thought she was quoting on two springs that I said we needed when supposedly it was on each one. Tom called the office and we finally agreed to have the work done. Tom was very personable and professional and we truly appreciated getting the work done last evening instead of today and Tom called ahead and showed up on time, putting in late hours of work.

I'm giving 2 stars because it took them 2 1/2 weeks to let me know they couldn't perform the job unless my driveway was fixed. It's freezing outside, time is a pretty big factor. I really do appreciate the honesty which is a big reason I tried to be patient, but that answer should have been given to me on day one. Either tell me you can do the job or let me know you can't so I can get on with things and look else where.

Precision came out the same day to repair my very large garage door , which came crashing down due to springs breaking, these guys ( Jason ,Tim, & Chuck ) were fantastic , professional , and took care with installing my new garage door. They explained the process and did exactly that. My new garage door took some time to make since it's a very large odd size. The thing I liked was I knew who was coming to install the door from start to end ( pictures on their web site) ,and everyone at Precision kept in constant contact with me so there was no guessing or wondering. I highly recommend this company. The door looks great and is working perfectly . Its nice to have a company that does it once and do it right the first time.
