Call for service on an opener after 7 months. We knew the issue was on our end, but Rob Thorhauer (the Precision tech) was incredibly quick, efficient, and effective at getting things back in top shape. Great ease in making an appointment for the same day. The technician arrived as promised with an advance phone call. He was through, professional and courteous. Within about 30 minutes all was back in working order performing better than ever.

The technicians came out and new within 10 minutes what the issue was. Our door was unusually loud when opening and more often than not, got stuck every other time about 1/8th going up. Because we had the 5 year warranty the replacement was inexpensive and done in a very fast and professional manner. I can only recommend this company again.

I saw your ad on television - when I called I asked if the $39.95 was the ONLY charge. I was told it was. In addition the the safety check and lubrication I needed a new spring. George was very neat, polite and professional. I told him to replace only the one spring which he did. When I got the bill there was a $20.00 surcharge in addition the the $39.95 and the cost of the repairs.

Jim was very efficient, adjusting my doors, replacing springs and rollers, and installing a new opener. He advised on regular maintenance I should perform on my own to keep the doors operating smoothly. The project cost a bit more than I had hoped it would, but the work needed done.

Tim, the technician was very professional and had a clear understanding of the problem with my garage door. He explained to me his recommendation and the cost associated with it before any repair work was performed. A complete overhaul of the door and the repair of the garage door opener was the right solution. The door operates fairly quiet and smooth now. I don't have to worry something is going to go wrong every time I opened or closed the garage door with all the noise it used to make. A very good and professional job. I would highly recommend Precision for garage door service.

Tim Kronenberger was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, honest, polite,and took the time to explain the problem(s) to us. Service was fast and well done. I was disappointed that you would only guarantee the springs I had installed for only 90 days. Sounds like you don't have much faith in your product.

Mr. Wooster, As discussed during the service call, you had some other parts on your door that were failing, ie. rollers pulleys and cables. Since these parts all work together, we cannot warranty our springs due to the other parts on the door possibly compromising our springs. In fact, we do offer a lifetime warranty on those very same springs as long as you have the whole overhaul completed. Per our discussion, you are getting new doors in the summer, so the overhaul would not have made much sense for your situation. I hope you can understand this and I assure you, that your springs are of good quality. Please be sure to call us for an estimate when you are ready, as we do offer a lifetime warranty option with our new doors as well. Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. Precision was there on Sunday to fix it and without a "special charge for weekend service."
