We love the belt drive system on the new garage doors openers. The door operation is so quiet. We highly recommend Chris. The entire process from the initial sale to the install service was impressive. The service was excellent!

I called late Wednesday afternoon and was told my door (which I could not get open) would be serviced the next morning. Sure enough, the technician called me around 8 AM and was there by 8:30. The door was fixed (rollers, springs, cables and a much needed door brace) that same day. I was never able to open my double door by hand but now that George fixed it I can lift the door without effort if I need to. A great job done well and when they said they'd do it.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. Precision was there on Sunday to fix it and without a "special charge for weekend service." The technician was friendly, informative and skilled at his job. We were very pleased with the service performed and would not hesitate to use Precision again.
