The service technician was here timely, with all of his tools and ready to get busy. Great salesman also, as he had everything he needed in his truck and made suggestions for needed upgrades. Very neat, clean and organized!! Great job. The only downside is the price... Quite expensive, however, that's just the way it is sometimes.

I called late Wednesday afternoon and was told my door (which I could not get open) would be serviced the next morning. Sure enough, the technician called me around 8 AM and was there by 8:30. The door was fixed (rollers, springs, cables and a much needed door brace) that same day. I was never able to open my double door by hand but now that George fixed it I can lift the door without effort if I need to. A great job done well and when they said they'd do it.
