We initially had an issue with color mismatch on wood style doors, but Tom at Precision, and the door manufacturer Clopay, went above and beyond to resolve the issue by replacing both doors. I chose Precision when our garage door spring broke because their Yellow Pages ad said "Same Day Service". Steve came out and did the repair and gave me an estimate on a new door and opener. I called Precision to upgrade my door, to reschedule my service, and to add on a battery back-up. Each time I called the Rep was very helpful. George came out and installed the door and opener. Especially in this day and age of horrible customer service I want to let all involved that I give Precision and it's employees an A+. I highly recommend them.

Appointment was scheduled for the day following my call. Technician arrived in promised time frame. He was in uniform and very professional. Diagnosed problems and corrected them in a timely manner. Fee was reasonable. Would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service!. I called for a service call on my garage door opener which had not been opening the door for a few days and which, of course, caused my family to be locked out of the house (we use the garage like a front door and do not keep a key with us, which will change). Of course, when Tim Kronenberger, the technician, arrived everything was working so I have an intermittent problem. Tim spent time to check the functionality of the opener and went over the available options in detail, from leaving it alone to see how it behaves to multiple variations of replacement openers. No pressure at all. I chose to remove the probable problem and have a belt driven opener installed. Very quiet operation. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that has a need and I appreciate Tim's professionalism and attention to detail. Very nice experience!

I used Precision on my last house for a new door and was very satisfied. When I needed repairs to the door on my new home, Precision was there within a day. I also told the scheduler I was interested in a new opener. Marcus Martin was my technician and carefully went over all options with me, including the opener. Although his schedule did not allow him to install the opener the same day, he was back early the next morning to complete the job. Precision's service, product quality, workmanship, the knowledge of their technicians and the warranties they offer are the best in the industry and I would not use any other company.

Our 1.5 year old garage door stopped working when it was brutally cold, just the time you need it to work. The original thought was that the sliced wires from the eye to the opener were being affected by the cold. The technician rewrapped the slices and things were working great until the temperature dropped again. This second time the technician rewired the eyes to the motor so there were no splices. The opener still did not work. Next he replaced a board in the opener, and that solved the problem. The technician, Marcus, worked in very frigid temperatures until the problem was solved. I had to pay for the first service call, but the second one was under warranty.

I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new opener, keypad and remotes. The technician was polite, personable & knowledgeable. He explained everything ahead of time and also installed safety cables through the existing springs. He did a great job & cleaned up after he was finished. I was pleased with his workmanship, and everything from start to finish. Even though it was a little pricey, I felt that It was worth every penny and backed by a great warranty.

Chuck and Tim were the techs on our install of 2 garage doors. Could not be more pleased with their work. Both got right to it when they arrived. Anybody can install a garage door on a suburban home! How about on a 100 year old barn. Well Precision did just that for me. Not only did the salesman show up promptly to take measurements, his boss did also. The work was completed in a very efficient manner by courteous and professional workers. It was no easy task as there was much retrofitting required. I have received many complements on the new door that was installed timely and on budget. Highly recommend Precision over the competition I spoke with.
