I needed a repair for a broken spring and also wanted to get a quote to replace my garage door. I got an appointment within 3 days of my request- at my convenience. Because my door mechanism was so old, I was advised that it would be better and cheaper to replace the spring and the door at the same time - rather than repair the spring and later replace the door. Damon was awesome. He explained everything to me and made good recommendations. I appreciated the honesty. He also showed me how I could get the door open in an emergency. I ordered a new door and hope it comes in soon! Very pleased with the service by this company.

The technician (George) was very personable, answered all of my questions, and fixed the issue in under an hour. The price was fair compared to other rates I saw around Pittsburgh. Great experience all around. Person I first contacted on the phone was excellent. Was excited to get me an appointment and asked all the right questions. Aiden Scott showed up on time. Was very professional. Explained what I needed to fix problem and how much it would be.In a timely manner he finished the job. Had me test his work and asked if I was satisfied. When it comes time to replace my whole system I will call Precision and hopefully Aiden will show up.

Everything went well with my appointment. The opener was not working opening or closing the door. I scheduled the appointment in the morning and was able to get the appointment scheduled that afternoon. The opener was replaced as well as the springs and bottom seal. Conner was very good and finished it all in about an hour and a half. Very pleased with the results and service.

I chose Precision because of an ad in a mailer. I needed to have an old door repaired so that it would lock properly. The technician knew what he was doing and fixed the problem by straightening the bar that locks the door. He also lubricated and moving parts of the door, an it operates more smoothly and quietly than it has in more than 30 years. He also provided an estimate for replacing our door. I'm very pleased with the response and service from this company.

I contacted Precision Door as they had installed the opener originally and it was giving me trouble. The appointment was made quickly, and the service technician was very helpful and informative. The unit is old and as it turns out needs replacing to solve the problem completely. The technician quoted me a price and explained everything in detail, and he is to return to complete the work. I was very satisfied with the service so far.
