I contacted Precision Door as they had installed the opener originally and it was giving me trouble. The appointment was made quickly, and the service technician was very helpful and informative. The unit is old and as it turns out needs replacing to solve the problem completely. The technician quoted me a price and explained everything in detail, and he is to return to complete the work. I was very satisfied with the service so far.

Our 24 year old garage door had major wear and tear. I had called other places but Pittsburgh garage doors was able to send someone the following day. George was very punctual, professional and explained everything that he was going to fix. He finished the job by himself in a very timely manner. My opener stopped working so I went to the troubleshooting section of my manual and it looked like it was the logic board. Tim tried several different things to see what the problem was and came to the same conclusion. I opted to have a new one installed rather than repairing the old one. Tim had everything needed in his truck and the installation was done in about an hour. He walked me through all of the features and different options I could use. Tim was very nice and competent. I was given the option of different models and decided to get the more deluxe model. I never felt pressured into making any of my decisions. I made my appointment online on a Monday evening and my new opener was installed and working Tuesday around 6 o'clock. I never expected to get an appointment the next day and was very happy that I did.

Connor Scott was the technician who serviced my garage door recently. He was polite and efficient. He not only made the necessary repair but did a complete assessment of the condition of the door. At the end of his work, he wanted to be assured that the keypad was working. It was determined that the battery needed replaced, which he kindly did for me then he asked to see the transmitter that was in my car. He kindly replaced the battery there, too. Connor made sure everything was working well before he left. I was more than satisfied with the work he provided.

I've used this company for garage doors before and I just had another one installed today where I just moved recently. They're always Johnny on the spot on time have all the equipment in the tools with them and the service man knows his stuff. I noticed the fantastic reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. Within a few days of scheduling, a technician (Damon) was out in my garage looking at the problem with our garage door opener. After an incredibly thorough discussion of our options with the technician, we decided to replace our 1993 opener, and the replacement was able to be installed extremely fast (under 2 hours). Afterwards, the technician went the extra mile to explain all of the new features, maintenance tips, and ensure we were satisfied. Damon was unbelievably nice, professional, and knowledgeable, and it was a fantastic experience overall.
