Your technician Reese was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He is an asset to Precision Garage Doors. We had a minor issue, we found a garage door screw in our garage, he found where it came from and put it back in place and tightened all other screws in the door frame.

Called for service on garage door came next day. Technicians called to advise they were ahead of schedule. Spoke to me about the problem and got right to work. They explained everything that needed done and the cost getting my approval before proceeding. They completed the work quickly and explained again after completion showing me what was done. Everything was done to my satisfaction, and I was completely happy with the service and the crew providing the service. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I was happy with the results and would recommend Precision Door Services.

We were very pleased with Damon. He called to see if it was convenient for him to arrive a little before our scheduled appointment time. He also called when he arrived. Damon listened to our concerns about the door. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. He did fix the problem. He also adjusted the door to close more completely. Damon also checked the whole door. Damon was friendly and polite. He gets an A++ in our book.

Precision Garage Door Service performed a repair at our home on 1/20/2024. The technician, Timothy Kronenberger (and his assistant Steve) arrived on time (in fact, a bit early). Tim and Steve were both friendly and professional. They quickly performed a diagnosis, and provided an estimate within 15 minutes. A torsion spring had broken, and caused additional minor damage to other components and mechanisms. Upon approval, our garage door was repaired in less than 2 hours. After the repairs were completed, Tim reviewed what had been done, and demonstrated normal function of the garage door. He also shared some thoughts regarding the overall condition of the garage door itself, and some forward-looking thoughts regarding ongoing maintenance - very much appreciated. As has been the case over a long relationship with Precision (approaching 20 years), we believe we have consistently received superior service at a fair price – overall, we consider it an excellent value. They did an amazing job! My garage is beautiful. It is updated. I can open it from my phone from where I am. I actually love that feature and it allows me to let my adult kids in if I have not arrived at home yet, I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a repair or a new door unfortunately, I needed a complete replacement.

Had the pleasure of meeting Damon who came out & gave our doors and opener a checkup. Even though he could have easily sold me a new opener or some other costly repair, he was very upfront & honest by telling me that our equipment looked to be in very good condition and didn't need replacing. He did some quick lubrication maintenance and that was it. It's very refreshing to know that at least one company will not take advantage of uninformed customers by trying to sell something unnecessarily. Thanks to Damon and the rest of the Precision team.

Technician was super. Competent and friendly. But you must have geniuses in your corporate office. $65 for the service call. I get it. But the total charges were close to $200 to replace a keypad! Bravo management for working over your customers.

Precision Garage Door Service offered a lifetime warranty when we purchased our garage door approximately ten years ago and they have lived up to their promise. Their service technicians are professional, prompt, and well trained. Aside from paying for the service call, we have never paid anything for any repair that has been required. Even throughout Covid, when many companies have struggled to maintain the same level of service prior to Covid, we have not seen any disruption to Precision's service department. I would highly recommend Precision to anybody who is looking to replace or repair their garage door. We have been nothing but satisfied.

I when the garage door broke unexpectedly as I was leaving to get somewhere, I called Precision and they were able to get me on the schedule that same day. The technician was even ahead of schedule and my door was fixed before the time he was originally scheduled rolled around. He was very thorough and did great work!

I noticed the fantastic reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. Within a few days of scheduling, a technician (Damon) was out in my garage looking at the problem with our garage door opener. After an incredibly thorough discussion of our options with the technician, we decided to replace our 1993 opener, and the replacement was able to be installed extremely fast (under 2 hours). Afterwards, the technician went the extra mile to explain all of the new features, maintenance tips, and ensure we were satisfied. Damon was unbelievably nice, professional, and knowledgeable, and it was a fantastic experience overall.
