My experience with Precision Doors in the repair of my garage door was terrific. The issue arose on a Saturday and was very happy that I was able to schedule a repair for Sunday. I remain impressed by the high quality of work, the efficiency in which the work was completed and the level of professionalism & engagement displayed by Conner, the technician who performed the work. Damon was very thorough and explained everything before he fixed my garage door. He even raked the leaves around the door so they would not come into the garage. I called on Monday and Damon was there on Tuesday. Very happy with this company. I have used them for years

They did an amazing job! My garage is beautiful. It is updated. I can open it from my phone from where I am. I actually love that feature and it allows me to let my adult kids in if I have not arrived at home yet, I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a repair or a new door unfortunately, I needed a complete replacement.

Had the pleasure of meeting Damon who came out & gave our doors and opener a checkup. Even though he could have easily sold me a new opener or some other costly repair, he was very upfront & honest by telling me that our equipment looked to be in very good condition and didn't need replacing. He did some quick lubrication maintenance and that was it. It's very refreshing to know that at least one company will not take advantage of uninformed customers by trying to sell something unnecessarily. Thanks to Damon and the rest of the Precision team.

experience was wonderful and I felt very confident with Tim the young man that they sent out. He knew exactly what to do and I asked him to look over my garage which is 20 years old and he gave me a check list of things that I would eventually have to have done. Technician was super. Competent and friendly. But you must have geniuses in your corporate office. $65 for the service call. I get it. But the total charges were close to $200 to replace a keypad! Bravo management for working over your customers.

Precision Garage Door Service offered a lifetime warranty when we purchased our garage door approximately ten years ago and they have lived up to their promise. Their service technicians are professional, prompt, and well trained. Aside from paying for the service call, we have never paid anything for any repair that has been required. Even throughout Covid, when many companies have struggled to maintain the same level of service prior to Covid, we have not seen any disruption to Precision's service department. I would highly recommend Precision to anybody who is looking to replace or repair their garage door. We have been nothing but satisfied.

I when the garage door broke unexpectedly as I was leaving to get somewhere, I called Precision and they were able to get me on the schedule that same day. The technician was even ahead of schedule and my door was fixed before the time he was originally scheduled rolled around. He was very thorough and did great work!

So unexpectedly the garage door slammed as I pushed the button to close the door, wasn't sure what was happening. Then I saw the broken cable. A friend told me of Precision immediately and I remember seeing the commercials. The service was easy to schedule online and Tim Kronenberger called to say he was on his way---actually earlier than expected which was great. He was friendly and efficient and surveyed and addressed the necessary repairs needed. We decided on new cables and springs on both sides of the door. The repair was done quickly and all works great. I was glad I used Precision.

I am not the type of customer that likes to complain. But when I called to find out if they could come out for the same service that they did on June 23 2023 , 5 months after the initial install , they told me there was a service charge.( I felt that that was not fair). Then I got a call from Tom, who said he was coming out to service the door with “no charge”. I was satisfied with the professionalism that Tom showed!! Ty

Yesterday was the first time I’ve used Precision to fix my garage.
