George Ramey did an excellent job getting us out of a situation. We attempted to install a new opener ourselves only to learn the space was not adequate. George very quickly knew what to do and thanks to him the door is now operating perfectly and safely. His work is very clean, and all the wires are barely noticeable. We also got a very thorough inspection of the door and got new springs at a reasonable price. There are many contractors out there but having seen Precision's advertising in a mailed advertising booklet we decided to call them. George was out the same day which was a relief as the door was very heavy to open manually due to the worn-out springs. What I also liked about George is he didn't not try to sell us anything we didn't need. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their pricing is competitive, and their service is super professional.

The tech was very good at fixing my garage door. I was surprised how quick he did the job. The next time I need work on my garage door I will call Precision. I will be calling in the future because I'll need new cables soon. I'm very happy the way things turned out.

Eight years ago Precision repaired my garage door by installing a new motor. Service was impressive then, so I called the afternoon my door stopped working. In less than 24 hours your Conner was here to replace the springs and cables. He did the job in less than an hour and I was very pleased, again. I will stay with Precision.

What a great experience! Conner was professional and knowledgeable. We have an old garage and he discovered inappropriate use of sensor wiring and faulty sensors. He fixed both problems promptly. Called after 6pm on Wednesday and they had Damon out by 845 am the next morning. It was very nice to get and text and email with a pic of the technician so I knew who to expect. He was very professional and got everything fixed in very quick time! Very good service and very reasonable price.

If you expect customer service from this company, I would suggest and recommend that bid from the other company that was Hundreds lower. I paid $750 OVER another bid because I thought this was an honest company. I thought wrong. Motor to open and close the door deid in a few years and getting someone to fix it is IMPOSSIBLE!

I called and explained the problem I was having. The Agent scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician identified the problem and provided a solution.
