Such a pleasure. Tim was here on time . He told me what was going on with my openers gave me choices as to how and what could be done and explained how it would be done and how long and what price it would be for each scenario as to how it could be fixed . I decided on getting new openers on both doors as I felt he would do a good job and it would be done and not be a problem for a long time .
