Damon was thorough on his inspection and recommended pulley bearing replacements in addition to replacement springs. A bit pricey overall but the work was done professionally. Very satisfied. As a business practice recommend waiving the separate inspection fee if customers choose to have the work performed. Luckily I had a coupon but how many customers don’t?

I have personally experienced their workmanship and quality of parts they use for repair or new installation. Damon Burke is the tech I always request. Not only due to his superb work but the great conversations we have had! I have just ordered 2 new garage doors from Precision (Chuck was the person that measured and explained the options for the new doors) and based on my past experience with Precision, I expect quality work and quality garage doors. Start to finish, our experience with Precision has been exemplary. I initially texted with someone from the phone call center who was clear, polite, and answered all my questions. I made my appointment through the call center, something I rarely do as I like to converse with someone to see how well they represent the company. The next day, Damon, the installer, called to let us know when to expect him. Again, he was an outstanding representative of Precision, explained everything, did not try to "oversell", provided the cost, and carried out the installation of a new spring quickly. I highly recommended Precision. Beware of the 1st recommendations that come up on Google even when you submit an actual company name -- they are often a "call center" that connects you to independent contractors and not the company you are seeking.

Absolutely a great experience from start to finish! From getting scheduled to the team arriving timely to getting the new opener installed. The installation techs were very knowledgeable and professional, and were very understanding of special circumstances with the install process.
