Cori was great! What I thought was going to be an expensive repair was not. She tried multiple solutions to fund the issue and it was a very inexpensive fix! She also explained some things for me to look out for. She Rocks! After telling her I was putting house up for sale She was also knowledgeable enough to suggest a fix on the sensors that I really appreciated. It allowed me to be proactive. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Precision promptly sent a repairman the day after I called for service. George took a look at my electric opener and knew exactly what the problem was. He is a very personable and friendly young man and I wouldn't hesitate to have him work at my house again. He had my new opener installed very quickly, explained everything to me and even connected the button in my car to my garage door.

I called on Memorial Day Weekend, and within four hours Conner came out to my house to repair a garage door with a broken spring. He was very polite and professional, and got the spring replaced quickly, then adjusted my garage door opener to match up with the new springs. He explained everything that he was going to do, and made sure I understood the price up front. I would not hesitate to recommend Conner and Precision Garage Door to others, and will definitely be in touch for future work!

On Friday night we didn’t realize our garage door didn’t open all the way and we backed into it! Called Precision and they sent Conner out on Saturday. He looked things over told me what was wrong and not only fixed it but made things better! I pointed to the other door and asked if he could make that one “better.” Conner worked up an estimate and got things done in a couple of hours.

I was very happy with the first communication thru the chat, and pleased someone could come the same day to look at the issue. Cori was excellent! I showed her that the garage door opener was no longer attached to the door and the metal where it was attached was bent. She inspected the entire system and gave me three options to consider. After discussing further we determined the best course of action.

Nothing like not being able to open a garage door. I searched for business who specializes in such projects and Precision stood out. I made the appointment the same day and the technician arrived as scheduled. Reece was professional and understanding. A review of the door and careful inspection of all the parts he provided options and estimates. Precision is the perfect name for this great company! My garage door install went perfectly - even during the winter months when my previous door gave up the ghost. I just had a technician come to check a click-noise - they came the very next day to assure it was not a mechanical issue and most likely caused by temperature change - the technician, Conner, was very instructive and applied a silicone-based lubricant - I am very satisfied with the choice I made to hire Precision Door for my garage door needs! I have had this company service my garage doors several times over the past few years and was always satisfied. So when my garage door was damaged recently I called them to replace the bottom two panels on an older garage door and made an appointment for the evaluation. The guy came at the wrong time. I planned on being home but he came two hours early. Then he said on the phone that he can’t fix it. Had a salesman call who didn’t even know what was going on and said I should just get a new door. I had high hopes they could help me but I guess I just can’t afford them any longer.

To Whom it may concern, I have no way of contacting my salesmen, Michael Cercone, to discuss his quote, questions concerning what I have chosen, and does he carry any door samples in his car that could give me an idea of the garage door texture? I made the mistake of driving from Cranberry to the Imperial facility on Saturday morning thinking it was open. I had discussed this with Michael when he told me that I could see most doors at the facility. I asked about Saturday hours, and he said that would be fine. He gave me a business card but there is no direct contact number on the card for himself, which I find rather interesting. I contacted Precision Doors because my neighbor was pleased with your work. I need some assistance in this matter, or I will shop elsewhere. Precision was great! I called at 9pm and actually talked to a person. She was able to schedule the repair to our garage door the next morning. They sent confirming emails, texts introducing the service tech, and follow up emails and texts. The technician was polite and efficient. We would not hesitate to us them again if we needed garage door repair.
