Absolutely a great experience from start to finish! From getting scheduled to the team arriving timely to getting the new opener installed. The installation techs were very knowledgeable and professional, and were very understanding of special circumstances with the install process. The pricing was very reasonable, and they were able to do the install the same day as the estimate. I would most definitely recommend Precision to anybody looking to install a new garage door opener!

Precision was great! I called at 9pm and actually talked to a person. She was able to schedule the repair to our garage door the next morning. They sent confirming emails, texts introducing the service tech, and follow up emails and texts. The technician was polite and efficient. We would not hesitate to us them again if we needed garage door repair.

Cori was great! What I thought was going to be an expensive repair was not. She tried multiple solutions to fund the issue and it was a very inexpensive fix! She also explained some things for me to look out for. She Rocks! After telling her I was putting house up for sale She was also knowledgeable enough to suggest a fix on the sensors that I really appreciated. It allowed me to be proactive. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Precision promptly sent a repairman the day after I called for service. George took a look at my electric opener and knew exactly what the problem was. He is a very personable and friendly young man and I wouldn't hesitate to have him work at my house again. He had my new opener installed very quickly, explained everything to me and even connected the button in my car to my garage door.

I called on Memorial Day Weekend, and within four hours Conner came out to my house to repair a garage door with a broken spring. He was very polite and professional, and got the spring replaced quickly, then adjusted my garage door opener to match up with the new springs. He explained everything that he was going to do, and made sure I understood the price up front. I would not hesitate to recommend Conner and Precision Garage Door to others, and will definitely be in touch for future work!
