Cori was great! What I thought was going to be an expensive repair was not. She tried multiple solutions to fund the issue and it was a very inexpensive fix! She also explained some things for me to look out for. She Rocks! After telling her I was putting house up for sale She was also knowledgeable enough to suggest a fix on the sensors that I really appreciated. It allowed me to be proactive. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Precision promptly sent a repairman the day after I called for service. George took a look at my electric opener and knew exactly what the problem was. He is a very personable and friendly young man and I wouldn't hesitate to have him work at my house again. He had my new opener installed very quickly, explained everything to me and even connected the button in my car to my garage door.

I called on Memorial Day Weekend, and within four hours Conner came out to my house to repair a garage door with a broken spring. He was very polite and professional, and got the spring replaced quickly, then adjusted my garage door opener to match up with the new springs. He explained everything that he was going to do, and made sure I understood the price up front. I would not hesitate to recommend Conner and Precision Garage Door to others, and will definitely be in touch for future work!

Cori was very professional in appearance and manner. She was very succinct in explaining the issue and the options I had to fix it. I felt very comfortable with the business deal and was very satisfied with the brief time it took her to replace the motor and now I have no reasons to fret about the gargage door anymore. there are very few businesses that when I call them I know the job will be done 100% right. I have no worries or concerns when I call precision garage door. I have had this company service my garage doors several times over the past few years and was always satisfied. So when my garage door was damaged recently I called them to replace the bottom two panels on an older garage door and made an appointment for the evaluation. The guy came at the wrong time. I planned on being home but he came two hours early. Then he said on the phone that he can’t fix it. Had a salesman call who didn’t even know what was going on and said I should just get a new door. I had high hopes they could help me but I guess I just can’t afford them any longer.

I'll take this opportunity to express how GREAT Marcus Fowler was as a service technician, he had a very pleasant personality & attitude, he performed the task of repairing a spring that failed and knocked down an entire one side or the roller track very professionally and safely. As an retired maintenance professional myself I can absolutely say he did a great job, it was pleasure to watch him work !!!

Very professional and polite. Did a great job and explained what the problem was and how to solve it if happens again. Also detailed all the check points she was making. I did have a concern about the extra $20.00 for the energy surcharge which was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment. I was told the cost would be $65.00 plus any parts needed. In fact the cost was $85.00. I would suggest you inform your customers of this before hand.
