I needed help in the worst weather called and they were out the next day. The tech was early and took no time at all fixing the issues. I would say call them first service is a very hard item to get and they had no issues with coming right out and fixing a door issue I had purchased at one of those big box stores.

Marcus came in a few days after our call for service to replace our garage door opener. He was so friendly, got right to the task and even changed a lightbulb for us while he was up on his ladder! We give 5 stars to Precision!

Outrageous prices to replace door springs. To get the lifetime guarantee it was almost 900 dollars. Cheapest repair was very close to 400. Buyer beware they will not quote prices over phone.

Sir, We're sorry you are disatisfied with pricing, our spring repair is $368 to have two springs and two drive cables replaced. Springs were $264, but drive cables needed replaced as well. Also, $624 was the quote for lifetime warranty not $900.

IT'S NOT OFTEN THAT I FIND A SERVICE NEEDED PERFORMED ON THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. NOT ONLY DID THIS HAPPEN BUT YOUR SERVICE MAN THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY POLITE, SHOWED US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THEN PROCEEDED TO ACCOMPLISH IT WITHIN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. Was having a jerky and uneven closing garage door. Called these folks and they had me for an appointment within 48 hours. Repair man called to say he was on his way in the allotted time and had the door fixed and working within an hour. Great company give them a shot !

The service was excellent. The parts are 3 to 4 times market rates. And the attempt of the technician to sell extras was annoying. Otherwise the technician did perform a professional service. Had this not been an emergency, I'd have shopped around more or done the work myself. Avoiding the typical repair person sales tactics and excessive charge.

I was impressed with: - The 24/7 phone service - The friendliness and professionalism of the phone operator - The rapid communication by email and phone - The work Tim Kronenberger did. Tim called in advance of arrival, and arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule (I nearly died of shock). He quickly assessed the problem & securely repaired our garage door. He even provided a quick overview of his repairs, as well as recommendations for replacement. He was in and out in less than an hour. I'm a pretty hard to please customer, generally speaking, and I figure I'm usually in for a rough ride with service calls. Tim and Precision exceeded my expectations by a mile, though. Thanks!

Carlo did an awesome job taking care of our old door. The previous homeowner left it in pretty poor shape and I thought it had finally died. But Carlo replaced some key components and now it works great!
