I was very pleased with the fast response your company provided. I needed garage door opener repaired so I could get to a Dr. appointment the next day. Was so relieved to have it taken care of right away. You employee was very efficient, polite, and explained everything so I could understand.

We chose Precision again because of the excellent service that we received when the garage door on the other side broke. We have not had any problems with that garage door since Precision overhauled it 8 years ago. Again the service on this garage door was excellent again. They were able to have someone come out within a couple of hours both times - now both garage doors on each side are very quiet and smooth. Excellent service.

I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs i had a door that had one of the cables jump off, and they fixed me up with an appointment for the next day. Tim, the technician that came out was fabulous. He was very through in his explanation and my options, extremely professional and courteous - and was done within an hour.
