Precision was great! I called at 9pm and actually talked to a person. She was able to schedule the repair to our garage door the next morning. They sent confirming emails, texts introducing the service tech, and follow up emails and texts. The technician was polite and efficient. We would not hesitate to us them again if we needed garage door repair.

On Friday night we didn’t realize our garage door didn’t open all the way and we backed into it! Called Precision and they sent Conner out on Saturday. He looked things over told me what was wrong and not only fixed it but made things better! I pointed to the other door and asked if he could make that one “better.” Conner worked up an estimate and got things done in a couple of hours.

Service was provided the next day after our call and Reese arrived within the 2 hour window. He made the repairs/adjustments quickly, and our garage door is working better than before (it was not closing completely). Reese was a pleasure to welcome into our home. I recommend Precision to any home owner.

We were able to get "next day" service which was very important to us. Our Service Tech, Damon, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to offer detailed explanations for our questions. My wife and I were incredibly pleased with the product and service we received from Precision Garage Door Service. Our door broke and they were there within a day. Their service employee, George, was knowledgable, professional, patient, and and incredibly competent. He knew his product "inside and out". We asked so many questions and he had all the answers. He never pressured us but gave us various courses of action to choose from.
