Our garage door spring broke one evening and we were unable to lower the door. The technician came that same evening and gave us a complete overhaul, replacing everything but the door itself and the track. No high pressure oversell to buy the door also, just what we needed to make it function correctly. He did the work right then. Was very pleasant. I was not uncomfortable having him in my home. The door works like new! Very pleased with the service and would call them again.

We packed the cars the night before our son was to leave for college, however, when I hit the bottom the next morning so we could leave we had a major problem. The door cable snapped, the rolling pins came flying at us like torpedoes and the door began to buckle. After making a call and explaining we had to get our son to school ASAP the agent had a technicians to our home in less than 45 minutes. He got us out of the garage and showed us what needed fixed.
