Cori was great! What I thought was going to be an expensive repair was not. She tried multiple solutions to fund the issue and it was a very inexpensive fix! She also explained some things for me to look out for. She Rocks! After telling her I was putting house up for sale She was also knowledgeable enough to suggest a fix on the sensors that I really appreciated. It allowed me to be proactive. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Precision promptly sent a repairman the day after I called for service. George took a look at my electric opener and knew exactly what the problem was. He is a very personable and friendly young man and I wouldn't hesitate to have him work at my house again. He was very polite and professional, and got the spring replaced quickly, then adjusted my garage door opener to match up with the new springs. He explained everything that he was going to do, and made sure I understood the price up front. On Friday night we didn’t realize our garage door didn’t open all the way and we backed into it! Called Precision and they sent Conner out on Saturday. He looked things over told me what was wrong and not only fixed it but made things better!
