I'll take this opportunity to express how GREAT Marcus Fowler was as a service technician, he had a very pleasant personality & attitude, he performed the task of repairing a spring that failed and knocked down an entire one side or the roller track very professionally and safely. As an retired maintenance professional myself I can absolutely say he did a great job, it was pleasure to watch him work !!!

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE YOUR CO. THE TECH DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS NEEDED TO FIX MY DOOR AND SAID - THAT WILL BE 65.00 FOR TODAY AFTER A VERY BRIEF LOOK AT THE DOOR. I BELIEVED I WOULD PAY THE $65 AND PARTS WHEN ANY WORK WAS COMPLETED. WHEN I MADE THE APPT. I WAS TOLD THE TRUCKS HAD ALL PARTS WITH THEM AND WOULD BE ABLE TO FIX THE DOOR. I BELIEVE YOU OWE ME A REFUND FOR THIS SHODDY PERFORMANCE.

While he was here, I also had him replace the keypad, as it was starting to go bad. He was professional and very easy to work with. Very professional and polite. Did a great job and explained what the problem was and how to solve it if happens again. Also detailed all the check points she was making. I did have a concern about the extra $20.00 for the energy surcharge which was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment. I was told the cost would be $65.00 plus any parts needed. In fact the cost was $85.00. I would suggest you inform your customers of this before hand.
