Damon was the technician who serviced my garage door. Fortunately the problem was minor and Damon was quick to resolve it. While he was here, I also had him replace the keypad, as it was starting to go bad. He was professional and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to contact Precision Door Service should the need arise.

Very professional and polite. Did a great job and explained what the problem was and how to solve it if happens again. Also detailed all the check points she was making. I did have a concern about the extra $20.00 for the energy surcharge which was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment. I was told the cost would be $65.00 plus any parts needed. In fact the cost was $85.00. I would suggest you inform your customers of this before hand.

My wife and I were incredibly pleased with the product and service we received from Precision Garage Door Service. Our door broke and they were there within a day. Their service employee, George, was knowledgable, professional, patient, and and incredibly competent. He knew his product "inside and out". We asked so many questions and he had all the answers. Our garage door wouldn't close as I was leaving in the morning, so my wife called you to see if someone was available to come out and see what was wrong. We were able to get an appointment the same day, and your technician, George Ramey, came in the afternoon to check out the issue. He was very professional and friendly, checked everything out, lubricated the track, and showed us how to manually work the door during a power outage. He determined that everything seemed to be in working order, and that the drop in temperature in the morning was the likely cause of the malfunction. The door seems to be working fine now, but we will not hesitate to call Precision again if needed. Great customer service! Thank you.

Randy was AMAZING! One of the large springs broke and Precision sent Randy out the next day. Randy knew that the previous company used inferior parts for the 2016 installation of our door was one of the problems. Randy gave us the exact amount that we would pay for the repair and service. He estimated 1.5 hours and it took exactly that long. Randy was an expert, professional, polite, and just plain cool. Randy even showed us the manual, explaining how to use our phones to open the garage door. The parts are warrantied for life and we are thrilled with Precision Garage Door Service! Precision followed up to make sure that we were satisfied, and I told them that I had already called in to compliment Randy's fine work and professionalism. Precision deserves all 5 stars and then some! Thank you again!
