Very professional and polite. Did a great job and explained what the problem was and how to solve it if happens again. Also detailed all the check points she was making. I did have a concern about the extra $20.00 for the energy surcharge which was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment. I was told the cost would be $65.00 plus any parts needed. In fact the cost was $85.00. I would suggest you inform your customers of this before hand.

Our garage door wouldn't close as I was leaving in the morning, so my wife called you to see if someone was available to come out and see what was wrong. We were able to get an appointment the same day, and your technician, George Ramey, came in the afternoon to check out the issue. He was very professional and friendly, checked everything out, lubricated the track, and showed us how to manually work the door during a power outage. He determined that everything seemed to be in working order, and that the drop in temperature in the morning was the likely cause of the malfunction. The door seems to be working fine now, but we will not hesitate to call Precision again if needed. Great customer service! Thank you.
