The tech, George, was very nice and knowledgeable. After I showed him the reason for calling, the spring broke, he did an inspection, did the repair, and was finished within one hour. I would defiantly recommend your company to any of my friends who needs a garage door repaired.

Randy was AMAZING! One of the large springs broke and Precision sent Randy out the next day. Randy knew that the previous company used inferior parts for the 2016 installation of our door was one of the problems. Randy gave us the exact amount that we would pay for the repair and service. He estimated 1.5 hours and it took exactly that long. Randy was an expert, professional, polite, and just plain cool. Randy even showed us the manual, explaining how to use our phones to open the garage door. The parts are warrantied for life and we are thrilled with Precision Garage Door Service! Precision followed up to make sure that we were satisfied, and I told them that I had already called in to compliment Randy's fine work and professionalism. Precision deserves all 5 stars and then some! Thank you again!

In the last week, our Genie door opener would only work occasionally. It quit working the morning of April 25th. My husband called Precision- and they were out to our home in 2 hours! We now have a quality Liftmaster that is so quiet and has great features. I really thought our technician, Randy Swann, was so knowledgeable in presenting the options of openers, excellent at the service he provided, and yet a very friendly gentleman! Thank you- as we are pleased with our purchase.

I found this company while searching for someone to repair a busted spring. I already had one company in mind that I used previously with good results but I wanted a comparison on the price. The quoted rate was better than what I had in hand due to a current discount. I was able to get same day service spring replacement at a reasonable price. The contact and service were 5 star all the way. I was updated with multiple emails and phone calls. At the end of the service i was able to pay with no contact (pandemic) required. I thought the last company I used was great. I was wrong, they were good, Precision is what great looks like.

The tech and his assistant were very nice. However, for a replacement part that might have cost $20 and perhaps 45 minutes of labor, I thought a $363 charge was extremely high.

Great! Service tech arrived on time and installed my new opener professionally and quickly. The tech was professional and went out of his way to be very helpful. My old unit failed with the below zero weather and due to age and previous issues I decided to replace rather than repair. The tracking app letting you know exactly who the tech was and when they will arrive is outstanding. The new opener with its features (internet active with a professional phone app, a backup battery for power failure situations a very nice feature, and very quiet operation)

I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work completed by the technician on both appts. I was shocked at the additional charge of $20 for transportation, disposal (the key pad was replaced), filing, and office charges. Really?! A $65 technician fee charge was already assessed which I understand. To add to my disappointment when I called to ask about the $20 the office manager was less than professional. I considered his dealing with my question rather rude. Overall I like Precision Door company and even bought the warranty. The $20 is overcharging your customers!

One of the garage door springs broke this weekend, 8/19/18, and Precision is always our first choice for service. We had Precision replace both springs the next day as we knew they were aging. Technicians are always prompt, courteous and definitely professionally trained to properly diagnose issues, review options & recommendations for repair/replacement, a confirm a price for services/parts prior to proceeding so we can make an informed decision. Precision's prices for service and parts are reasonable. We've had them replace our garage door in the past, resolve an issue with the garage door opener, replace frayed cables, etc. On 7/4/17, a holiday, we called for service and the repair was made that same day.
