The tech and his assistant were very nice. However, for a replacement part that might have cost $20 and perhaps 45 minutes of labor, I thought a $363 charge was extremely high.

My opener of over 15 years stopped working on a cold snowy night. I inquired on Monday evening and they had an appointment as early as Tuesday morning! I scheduled for Wednesday morning which worked for me. Marcus came out and gave me a few options with repair or replace my opener. I chose to have a new opener installed rather than repair a very old and tired one. Quick service and Marcus was great. The repair took just over one hour to complete. I would definitely recommend Precision and Marcus to family and friends.
