We recently moved to Chippewa, which is in Beaver Falls, PA. We had an issue soon after moving with our garage door and were advised to call Precision. A tech, Keith, came out the same day, was extemely kind, courteous, and knowledgable and took care of the problem quickly. Precision has great employees and are a pleasure to have at your home.

Outrageous prices to replace door springs. To get the lifetime guarantee it was almost 900 dollars. Cheapest repair was very close to 400. Buyer beware they will not quote prices over phone.

Sir, We're sorry you are disatisfied with pricing, our spring repair is $368 to have two springs and two drive cables replaced. Springs were $264, but drive cables needed replaced as well. Also, $624 was the quote for lifetime warranty not $900.

My opener of over 15 years stopped working on a cold snowy night. I inquired on Monday evening and they had an appointment as early as Tuesday morning! I scheduled for Wednesday morning which worked for me. Marcus came out and gave me a few options with repair or replace my opener. I chose to have a new opener installed rather than repair a very old and tired one. Quick service and Marcus was great. The repair took just over one hour to complete. I would definitely recommend Precision and Marcus to family and friends.

Great same day service! The technician tried the door one more time before leaving after he serviced it, and it didn't work! So he stayed and carefully inspected everything until he decided the problem was the control board. He replaced it and made sure everything worked perfectly this time...and it did! Thank you.

The technician George came and looked at an old opener at our business that was not working correctly. Since it was an old commercial opener I was figuring it would be hard to get parts for or repair--which it was. He was there over an hour from start to finish and since he wasn't able to fix the problem he did not charge for the inspection. I usually do not give online reviews but George did a great job and I would use them again in the future.
