IT'S NOT OFTEN THAT I FIND A SERVICE NEEDED PERFORMED ON THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. NOT ONLY DID THIS HAPPEN BUT YOUR SERVICE MAN THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY POLITE, SHOWED US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THEN PROCEEDED TO ACCOMPLISH IT WITHIN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. My opener of over 15 years stopped working on a cold snowy night. I inquired on Monday evening and they had an appointment as early as Tuesday morning! I scheduled for Wednesday morning which worked for me. Marcus came out and gave me a few options with repair or replace my opener. I chose to have a new opener installed rather than repair a very old and tired one. Quick service and Marcus was great. The repair took just over one hour to complete. I would definitely recommend Precision and Marcus to family and friends.

Great same day service! The technician tried the door one more time before leaving after he serviced it, and it didn't work! So he stayed and carefully inspected everything until he decided the problem was the control board. He replaced it and made sure everything worked perfectly this time...and it did! Thank you.

The technician George came and looked at an old opener at our business that was not working correctly. Since it was an old commercial opener I was figuring it would be hard to get parts for or repair--which it was. He was there over an hour from start to finish and since he wasn't able to fix the problem he did not charge for the inspection. I usually do not give online reviews but George did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

Was having a jerky and uneven closing garage door. Called these folks and they had me for an appointment within 48 hours. Repair man called to say he was on his way in the allotted time and had the door fixed and working within an hour. Great company give them a shot !

The service was excellent. The parts are 3 to 4 times market rates. And the attempt of the technician to sell extras was annoying. Otherwise the technician did perform a professional service. Had this not been an emergency, I'd have shopped around more or done the work myself. Avoiding the typical repair person sales tactics and excessive charge.
