Was having a jerky and uneven closing garage door. Called these folks and they had me for an appointment within 48 hours. Repair man called to say he was on his way in the allotted time and had the door fixed and working within an hour. Great company give them a shot !

The service was excellent. The parts are 3 to 4 times market rates. And the attempt of the technician to sell extras was annoying. Otherwise the technician did perform a professional service. Had this not been an emergency, I'd have shopped around more or done the work myself. Avoiding the typical repair person sales tactics and excessive charge.

I was impressed with: - The 24/7 phone service - The friendliness and professionalism of the phone operator - The rapid communication by email and phone - The work Tim Kronenberger did. Tim called in advance of arrival, and arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule (I nearly died of shock). He quickly assessed the problem & securely repaired our garage door. He even provided a quick overview of his repairs, as well as recommendations for replacement. He was in and out in less than an hour. I'm a pretty hard to please customer, generally speaking, and I figure I'm usually in for a rough ride with service calls. Tim and Precision exceeded my expectations by a mile, though. Thanks!

Marcus and your company saved the day! One of my cables broke on my garage door last Friday. I was lucky it didn't hit one of the kids or do any damage. The Tech did a wonderful job, but I am still not convinced everything he did was really needed.. The rollers and stuff wear worn, but I could of lived with the opener being fixed.

The technician who came to service both of my garage doors was very polite and professional. He walked through all the issues that needed to be fixed and or replaced with me followed by the quote to fix. Disappointed at the overall cost to repair spring and cables which I thought as on the high side. There was also a pile of debris left on the garage floor that I cleaned up after he left. Service was excellent but cost factor was not so good.

The service technician was polite and efficient in installing a keypad on our existing garage door. He also verified the operation of the door, spring, and whatever other parts make it operate efficiently. He gave me price quotes on door replacement. There was a $20 charge added for transportation, but when I questioned it, he removed that charge, since I was not informed of that when I made the appointment. I thought the service call was reasonably priced, and I would use Precision again, if needed.

I had contacted another company and they never showed up for the appointment! They didn't even call to say they couldn't make it....but the Precision technician called before coming, he did only what was necessary and didn't recommend a bunch of repairs I didn't need. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I don't do reviews often but this company's service is outstanding!
