I chose your co. because I had used you in the past with great results. On 6/15/23 I had a situation with 2 damaged bottom sections on my 9’ garage door which rendered it inoperable. I called your co. and was given an appointment for the the very next day (6/16). the tech whose name was Damon arrived early and was able to at least secure the door in the down position. He informed me that the 2 bottom sections would need ordered and the lead time was hard to pinpoint. However, he called back the same day and informed me that he was able to locate the needed parts and would be out the next day 6/17 to complete the job. He arrived early and had the doors fully operational in a short time. I really can’t say enough good things about Damon. He was knowledgeable, personable & professional. He deserves 5 stars for his work ethic along with all mentioned above. Thanks Damon & thanks to your co. Another job well done & another well satisfied customer.

again, great service (which have come to expect from your co.) was initiated Sunday night (Feb. 5th) with a call to Kay who was very pleasant and knowledgeable and offered me 2 time slots for the next day, and i chose the 1st. having dealt with your co. twice in the past i was confident in my choice. i have 2 large 9' wooden (500-600 lb) garage doors and one of them was jammed , (unable to close because the cables were broken and door could not be moved.) Steve arrived well within the appointed time with a call to let us know he was coming shortly. he went right to work and replaced both cables, re-set the spring tension & checked the cables on the other door. he stated that the other cables were fine & did not recommend replacing them at this time. Steve was personable, knowledgeable & honest. (he did not recommend any unnecessary work or parts & also waived the service call charge for being a repeat customer.)) & was done in a little over an hour. another job well done by your co. great service, great people. keep up the good work, thank you. another well earned 5 stars.

on 8/3/16, one of the springs broke on one of our large (9') garage doors, making it impossible to open. having used your co. in the past, (on the other door with great results) i called right away. Madison answered, was polite, thorough and scheduled an appointment for the next day after giving me several time options. the technician Aaron showed up promtly within the appointment "window" diagnosed the problem and went right to work. he was very likeable and very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed in about an hour. he had me check his work which was excellent, asked if i was satisfied (which i was) finalized the paperwork, and was on his way. i have found your co. (personally on 2 occasions) to be on of the most reputable, reasonable, and very easy to deal with. your schedulers and techs are top nocth! extra credit to Aaron who's been here twice. he is a great guy & a credit to your co. (not alot people out there with his work ethic and personality.) i would highly reccomend your co. to others, and often do. keep up the good work. thanks for the great service!
