Tim called while on his way and gave me plenty of time to prepare. He was very courteous and professional. He provided honest input on the situation and did not try to oversell, especially with the garage door opener repair. I was referred to Precision Garage Door Service by my sister & brother-in-law who had just recently had Precision perform garage service work at their home. Precision Garage Door Service technician Conner Scott serviced one of my existing garage doors. Connor professionally provided an inspection of the garage door system and provided a complete cost estimate. I immediately agreed with the estimate and authorized Connor to proceed with the work. I was totally satisfied with the completed service provided by Conner Scott ... a job professionally well done!
Thank you, Richard, for taking the time to let me know you were totally satisfied with the professional inspection of your garage door system and the completed service that Conner provided for you. We appreciate your business and 5 star review!

Chuck missed the 2 hour window by 40 minutes; I would think with today's technology he could have texted that he would be late. He offered no reason for being late. For me, he appeared to be going through the motions. He did not tell me one thing about the products, but basically told me what I would get based on the ideas I had. He told me nothing about the installation process. He did ask if I had any questions, but he seemed to think I knew enough to know what questions I needed to ask. I had to ask him about the electrical outlet I had and if it would present a problem; when he looked over my situation initially, that was something he did not notice. I had another vendor give me an estimate and he spent time showing me the product, explained what was available based on what I wanted and had some suggestions for the installation process and, he mentioned the possible issue with the outlet. Essentially, I had the distinct impression Chuck was simply going through the motions. I was singularly unimpressed. I do not care if this review is posted as my intent is to give Precision my impression of my experience with Chuck. My experience with the other vendor was exactly the opposite and I expected something similar from Precision.
