Quick response, great job and repairs done quickly! Damon was on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and explained the issue and how to repair it very thoroughly to us. Pricing for the repairs was shown on the spot and he was done quicker than we expected. A wonderful employee for Precision to have on their team! We will use Precision for any further garage repairs.

What an awesome experience. We needed to have our Door key pad replaced. The appt was scheduled for Saturday, and the rep contacted to advise that they had an opening today. Cori is excellent she let me know exactly when should could be here and kept me informed of her arrival time a day early which was excellent. She was also super informative, not only did she complete the service and repair, she provide additional information about he door system that will be very helpful..... Highly recommend.

My call for service was returned within hours and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The technician arrived and advised me honestly on my two options. We ended up having him replace the garage door opener, but felt no pressure to do so.

Technican George was awesome. Originally thought we were going to need a new garage door but George was able to quickly and efficiently make repairs to the broken door and it is working almost like new thus eliminating the need to order a new door today. Very impressed with George's expertise, honesty and integrity.

Damon is young but extremely knowledgeable. He was there to replace the 20+ Year old keypad but he also checked the doors for safety. I was also pleased with next day service too.

A decade ago your company worked on my parents' garage doors and they left me a company card with a note highly recommending the company. Fortunately,I kept that card and phoned yesterday for service on frayed cables and to have a full check of all parts including our automatic lifter. Reece Cramer was the employee who worked on our older garage door fixing cables and replacing the brackets that pull them. He thoroughly checked all elements of this older door, worked hard when he discovered major brackets were also about to break and has all components working silently and swiftly. Reece is an excellent representative and he explained he had chosen Precision Door Service to work for because of its reputation and he was proud to be an employee.
