I'm a "repeat customer." I had a broken spring and rollers replaced in May of 2019. CORI MERKEL was the tech then and she did a wonderful job. I've had no problems with the spring or rollers since. Our garage door opener finally quit working after 20 years of service. I had visions of having to replace the whole unit. Well.. that was not to be after DAMON BURKE arrived. Right from the get go..he explained EVERYTHING TO ME and said our system was in great shape. He had to replace the LOGIC BOARD and it worked perfect again. I asked if he had any remotes and he did. We only had one. He programed that and lubricated all the moving parts and inspected all of them closely. I also had him replace the seals on the bottom of both of our doors. He cleaned up everything wonderfully. DAMON is an asset to Precision Garage Door. His attitude and friendliness is very rare to find in today's world. Thanks again, buddy, for a job well done!! Ralph

Brian was my tech and he did a fantastic job accessing what he had to deal with and provided 3 suggestions on how to replace my unit. Very impressive service. I called on a Saturday evening and did not want to wait for next operator and hung the phone up. 10 minutes later the company called back to see if I called. They set up an appointment on Sunday to fix the springs on my garage door. Marcus came and did a great job and was very professional.
