We needed a garage door repair, with new springs and cables installed. Cori provided excellent service. She was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. She explained the options available and offered us the most cost effective alternative. We were most satisfied. We will continue to consult Preision for any future garage door needs. We would definitely request Cori in the future, if possible.

I was worried about the cost to repair/replace my garage door opener. It was a very old unit with a very old garage door. Brian was my tech and he did a fantastic job accessing what he had to deal with and provided 3 suggestions on how to replace my unit. I appreciated that he was honest and didn’t push me in a direction I wasn’t comfortable with. He arrived on time and completed the work within the timeframe he quoted. I am very pleased with my new opener and would recommend precision and Brian to all me friends and family.

Very impressive service. I called on a Saturday evening and did not want to wait for next operator and hung the phone up. 10 minutes later the company called back to see if I called. They set up an appointment on Sunday to fix the springs on my garage door. Marcus came and did a great job and was very professional. Very well ran organization, wish more companies would understand customer service such as Precision. Thank you for your hard work.

The tech was on time, very courteous and clearly explained the work to be done and the cost. The springs,pulleys and cables were replaced. The work was done quickly and the door works so smoothly now. I will have the other door done as well in the fall.
