I was worried about the cost to repair/replace my garage door opener. It was a very old unit with a very old garage door. Brian was my tech and he did a fantastic job accessing what he had to deal with and provided 3 suggestions on how to replace my unit. I appreciated that he was honest and didn’t push me in a direction I wasn’t comfortable with. He arrived on time and completed the work within the timeframe he quoted. I am very pleased with my new opener and would recommend precision and Brian to all me friends and family.

Very impressive service. I called on a Saturday evening and did not want to wait for next operator and hung the phone up. 10 minutes later the company called back to see if I called. They set up an appointment on Sunday to fix the springs on my garage door. Marcus came and did a great job and was very professional.
