I found Precision in a flyer and decided to give them a try for my garage door repair. I have to say the whole experience was wonderful. I had a response time within 24 hours. I had a phone call to say they were coming and what time to be expected. my service representative was Reece And I have to say he was polite, kept me informed and explained everything that he was going to do and things that I might need in the future. Had springs , rollers and cables replaced. Highly recommend.

Aurilio was knowledgable about the product. Answered my questions respectfully. Installed the garage door , motor, remote, etc in a timely manner. Cleaned the area in which he worked and disposed of all the old parts. He took time to demonstrate how the new parts functioned and took time for me to do a return demonstration. Was an excellent experience.

Great company. They are very organized. You call, they schedule and immediately send you a confirmation e-mail, give you an estimated time of arrival, call when they are on their way, and send a picture of the service representative. Excellent service. Have used them twice for two different issues, reasonable and prompt. Will only use them for garage door issues. Thanks.

This company is wonderful. I've never dealt with such an organized, customer service oriented company. I heard their ad on KDKA, called, got an immediate appointment, received an e-mail confirmation (with service providers picture), received a call telling me that he was on the way and would be there at 8:00 am, was there at 8:00 am sharp, friendly, knew what he was doing and then received an e-mail thanking me for using their company. I have given their name to co-workers, friends and family. Would definitely use them in the future.

When I googled “garage door repair” you guys had the best site. I liked there are photos of the staff and that reviews are broken down by neighborhood. Cori called a head and gave me her ETA - she was super friendly and helpful. And most importantly opened my garage door! Would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family.
