I recently had Precision come out to fix my garage door opener. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online. The technician, Damon, arrived promptly and fixed the issue quickly. Afterwards he explained what had happened and what he did to fix it. Everything was quick and easy and I would definitely use Precision again.

Called for a service call on Monday, appt. was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Damon, technician, was excellent. Inspected the door in question and proceeded to fix the problem. After that, he inspected both doors, lubricated all the rollers and moving parts. He also replaced both bottom weatherstripping. Great job!

Excellent service. A lot more e pricey since the last time you guys were here. The service tech wasn’t here 30 and replaced torsion spring and cables. The Door works great and service was great, but $588 for 30 minutes, spring and 2 cables…a bit much!
