Garage door opener had failed, called on a Thursday afternoon and had a technician out early afternoon on Monday. Diagnosed a worn gear and quickly had it replaced. Positive experience overall, and while I hope to not need repairs again for a long time I will be a repeat customer if I do.

We had used Precision years ago when we lived in Mt. Lebanon, and were very pleased with them. When our garage door broke in our new home, I immediately thought of Precision to do the repairs. I easily scheduled a service call online, received confirmations and reminders, and the tech, Damon Burke, was able to come earlier than expected. He did a fantastic with the repairs, was clear about how to fix the problem and the cost, and quickly remedied the situation. Actually, when he finished, the door ran smoother and quieter than before!! He also went the extra mile and programmed my outdoor remote to open/close our second garage door, which we didn't know was an option. He was great and I would highly recommend Precision!!

George was polite and took care of my issue quickly. My problem is with the cost of $284 for a 10 minute fix. I used them again for this repair because I had good luck back in 2019 when they replaced my spring at a fair price. This was just for adjusting the tension of spring as door would not stay up and it only took 10 minutes to adjust. I called my local guy to compare and he was less than half the price for same adjustment plus that includes going over door and lubricating all components. I will use local guy going forward as I will be retiring and will not be able to afford such pricing.

We needed a repair/replacement for our garage door opener. We were easily able to make an appointment that fit our schedule. We received email and text updates prior to the service call, and the technician arrived right on time. Aiden Bench came out to replace the springs to our garage door. Aiden is a very nice, friendly, personable, and professional young man. He explained everything in detail and gave us a few options regarding what to do regarding the issue to the springs on the door. He worked very efficiently and professionally. He made sure the door opened and closed smoothly and explained and showed me how the door was now balanced and that the door was opening and closing smoothly. It actually works better and smoother than it did when it was new. I highly recommend Aiden.

Precison Garage Door Service far exceeded my expectations, from the initial call for service and follow-up and confirmation of my same day appointment. Your team kept in constant communication and notified me in advance of the technician assigned to my job. The assigned technician, Damon Burke, called in advance of arriving, was very polite and informative. Damon conducted a twenty five point check of my garage door, hardware, and garage door opener and was very thorough in his assessment of the work to be done. My garage door spring had broke and Damon provided a no pressure estimate for the work to be done. It was a fair and competitive price and I was informed that I would pay only after the job was completed to my satisfaction. Damon went right to work and handled the job in a very timely and efficient manner. Within forty five minutes, the work was done and Damon tested the garage door opener several times to ensure everything was lined up and in good working order. What I thought was just a broken cable turned out to be more than that. Damon who was the tech that came out was courteous and professional first inspected the broken cable and explained what causes them to fray. He checked the other side and informed me they were also starting to fray and it would have been in my best interest while he was there to do both sides before I could even ask him if I should have both sides done. He also checked the rollers and informed me they were starting to chip. He then discovered that the gears in the opener itself were stripped. He gave me the option of either replacing the opener or just replacing the cables and operating the door manually with no pressure to replace. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service for all your garage door needs.

Called for a service call on Monday, appt. was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Damon, technician, was excellent. Inspected the door in question and proceeded to fix the problem. After that, he inspected both doors, lubricated all the rollers and moving parts. He also replaced both bottom weatherstripping. Great job!
