Tim Kronenberger was sent to repair our garage door when a cable broke. Tim called a day earlier than we were expecting and asked if he could come by that afternoon, which was a day earlier than we expected. Tim said he could repair the door as it stands. He also suggested that we might want to change from the extension spring setup to a torsion spring assembly. We chose the torsion version and the changeover was quick and seamless. Tim checked out the system and adjusted the door system before he left. I was very pleased with the removal of the old system and the installation of the new system. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door or repairs to an existing door.
Thank you, Dale, for the review and recommendation! We’re glad Tim was able to get your garage door repaired sooner than expected and make the transition to the torsion spring system quick and seamless. We take pride in providing quality workmanship and making sure everything is working properly before we leave. We appreciate your trust in Precision and thank you for choosing us!

I received prompt service on the morning following my phone call. Aiden arrived on time and quickly determined the required repairs. He gave me three price options and completed the work in a professional manner. I was well pleased overall but am not a big fan of the automatic $65 service call fee, especially when the company is located less than two miles from my home.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad we were able to provide prompt service and that Aiden quickly identified the necessary repairs, explained the available options, and completed the work professionally. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the service call fee as well. We understand that cost is an important consideration, and we’ll be sure to share your comments with our team. We’re pleased to hear that you were satisfied overall, and we appreciate your business!

I am very pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and thoroughness Dylan demonstrated throughout the process. He courtesy called, was right on time, and genuine in his explanation. He finished provided me with a tutorial, which may sound crazy for a garage door opener, but just like everything nowadays... there's an app for that....The opener has a camera...I would recommend Dylan to service your garage door. Making a next day appointment was very easy. The technician, George, called me on the day of service and ask if he could come a little earlier and I agreed. He gave me a call on his way and was very much on time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and spotted the issue immediately. Precision installed my garage door a few years ago, which was fantastic!! I scheduled the appointment to do a check on my garage door, I was not sure that any maintenance was required. Damon came out and took care of everything for me. Basically saying everything looks good and I did not require anything to be replaced. I highly recommend Damon and Precision Garage door!!!! Service performed was just to check out the operations of the door and make sure nothing required replacing. So I just chose those categories.
Thank you, Frank, for being a valued Precision Garage Door customer and sharing your 5 star review. It's great to know you are still happy with the garage door we installed a few years ago and that Damon was able to verify that everything was still functioning properly and nothing needed replaced. We appreciate your business and your willingness to highly recommend us to others!
