THe spring on my garage door broke over the weekend and luckily my car was outside of the garage. The technician was prompt, friendly and made me aware of the cost prior to installation. Tim Kronenberger was sent to repair our garage door when a cable broke. Tim called a day earlier than we were expecting and asked if he could come by that afternoon, which was a day earlier than we expected. Tim said he could repair the door as it stands. He also suggested that we might want to change from the extension spring setup to a torsion spring assembly. We chose the torsion version and the changeover was quick and seamless. Tim checked out the system and adjusted the door system before he left. I was very pleased with the removal of the old system and the installation of the new system. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door or repairs to an existing door.

Called for our yearly service call and Damon was on time, was very informative explaining the type of system we had and what we can expect in the future. He was very respectful and professional. Did lubricate the rollers and found no problem with the door. I'm in my 80's and my husband has Alzheimer and unable to do any of these common maintenance, so Damon was very kind and showed me how to release the door in an emergency which I appreciated. Dan came out the same day that we called. As soon as he saw what happened when I used the garage door opener, he knew what the problem was. He fixed it in no time, installed the new part and even lubricated the part that he replaced and lubricated the part that needed attention on the door next to one that he repaired. He also told me that the door opener needs to be lubricated twice a year, something that I didn't know. Great service.
