I noticed the fantastic reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. Within a few days of scheduling, a technician (Damon) was out in my garage looking at the problem with our garage door opener. After an incredibly thorough discussion of our options with the technician, we decided to replace our 1993 opener, and the replacement was able to be installed extremely fast (under 2 hours). Afterwards, the technician went the extra mile to explain all of the new features, maintenance tips, and ensure we were satisfied. Damon was unbelievably nice, professional, and knowledgeable, and it was a fantastic experience overall.

Technician very efficient and thorough. Reset the opening and back in operation in short order. Really thought I was facing a new operator, but he was able to reset and put back in functioning order. You can absolutely trust these guys!

When I originally purchased a new door from you guys, Dan Burke was my technician. He was kind and you could tell. He knew his stuff about the work he was doing. Definitely a professional at his job and as I said before, I think he deserves a raise he’s a type of employee that makes people wanna come back to your company if they ever need anything in the future that’s how I felt. Your technician Reese was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He is an asset to Precision Garage Doors. We had a minor issue, we found a garage door screw in our garage, he found where it came from and put it back in place and tightened all other screws in the door frame.

I had Precision Garage Doors come out for regular maintenance. Reece Cramer was exceptional and answered all my questions. He made sure to go over everything with me in a way I understood and explained I didn't need to replace my door / accessories if it's in good condition now and what to look out for in the future for repairs. Called for service on garage door came next day. Technicians called to advise they were ahead of schedule. Spoke to me about the problem and got right to work. They explained everything that needed done and the cost getting my approval before proceeding. They completed the work quickly and explained again after completion showing me what was done. Everything was done to my satisfaction, and I was completely happy with the service and the crew providing the service. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Our garage door spring broke over the weekend. We were given a service time of 4pm that Monday. Our technician, Damon, arrived promptly and got right to work. The problem, the fix, and the cost were all clearly communicated so that we could decide what to do. We agreed to move forward and Damon quickly got to work. He fixed the problem and addressed other issues just to make sure the door was in perfect working order. He had everything cleaned up and put away in no time. Damon answered all my questions and at no point did he seem like he was rushing or wanting to be done. He gave me his full attention and even showed me some things to maintain the door on my own. His service was outstanding. I would only recommend Precision in the future. I wouldn’t doubt that it is the correct call.

We were very pleased with Damon. He called to see if it was convenient for him to arrive a little before our scheduled appointment time. He also called when he arrived. Damon listened to our concerns about the door. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. He did fix the problem. He also adjusted the door to close more completely. Damon also checked the whole door. Damon was friendly and polite. He gets an A++ in our book.

Precision Garage Door Service performed a repair at our home on 1/20/2024. The technician, Timothy Kronenberger (and his assistant Steve) arrived on time (in fact, a bit early). Tim and Steve were both friendly and professional. They quickly performed a diagnosis, and provided an estimate within 15 minutes. A torsion spring had broken, and caused additional minor damage to other components and mechanisms. Upon approval, our garage door was repaired in less than 2 hours. After the repairs were completed, Tim reviewed what had been done, and demonstrated normal function of the garage door. He also shared some thoughts regarding the overall condition of the garage door itself, and some forward-looking thoughts regarding ongoing maintenance - very much appreciated. As has been the case over a long relationship with Precision (approaching 20 years), we believe we have consistently received superior service at a fair price – overall, we consider it an excellent value.
