I called on Memorial Day Weekend, and within four hours Conner came out to my house to repair a garage door with a broken spring. He was very polite and professional, and got the spring replaced quickly, then adjusted my garage door opener to match up with the new springs. He explained everything that he was going to do, and made sure I understood the price up front. I would not hesitate to recommend Conner and Precision Garage Door to others, and will definitely be in touch for future work!

Door operator and springs were installed by Precision 8 years ago. Never a single issue. We had an exterior keypad issue was the reason for the service call. George did an awesome job. He checked the entire door over, checked operation, safeties and remotes. We needed to replace the outside keypad, possible area lighting strike. Recommended spring replacement in next year or so just due to age. Put that on the calendar. Thanks to all folks a Precision for quick and honest response.

When I googled “garage door repair” you guys had the best site. I liked there are photos of the staff and that reviews are broken down by neighborhood. I am not the type of customer that likes to complain. But when I called to find out if they could come out for the same service that they did on June 23 2023 , 5 months after the initial install , they told me there was a service charge.( I felt that that was not fair). Then I got a call from Tom, who said he was coming out to service the door with “no charge”. I was satisfied with the professionalism that Tom showed!! Ty

We had 2 doors that needed fixed. One had a broken cable and spring and the other just didn't work. Chuck diagnosed that it was the sensors. He replaced them and within a 1/2 hour, he had the door that I thought was the harder fix, fixed first. He then replaced cables and springs on the other door. In a little more than 1 hour, he had both doors fixed.

This was the most professional Garage service company I have ever utilized. The tech , Reese was very professional, took time to walk me through everything and explain stuff . He checked safety features on the door and made sure everything was working efficiently more than once . He is the reason I will now be using Precision as my new garage door company . The company itself is extremely professional . They communicate very well and even send A picture of the tech who will be arriving at your home . I cant recommend this company enough and ask for Reese!!

Bam! I backed into my garage door which made me very unhappy. After sulking for a bit, I remembered having a good service experience with Precision Garage door once before. So I called them on a Saturday night, they had someone at the house Sunday morning, and my new door was in the works by Sunday afternoon! That's service.
