Ben was excellent. He arrived and evaluated our problem and determined that a new opener was necessary. I don't think that he was expecting to do an install but didn't seem to mind and had it done in less than 2 hours. We are enjoying our new (nearly silent) opener.

I have used Precision garage door service at my business form many years. They took care of all my repairs and maintenance at Old Time Coffee Inc in McKees Rocks. Over the years they have installed new springs on my home garage, Installed two new doors on a new garage i built. And i am now using there service for my Town Home Rentals. They recently repaired two 41 year old doors by installing new rollers and springs along with installing two openers. Being a Business owner for over 35 years i can tell you i appreciate the good PROMPT service.

Tim was very honest & provided enough detail & options which allowed me to make an informed decision. While I wasn't quite prepared to pay hundreds of dollars for the needed repairs, in the end Tim was willing to work with me to come to a satisfactory level of service to meet my basic needs. If & when I need to replace/repair the garage door motor or springs I will definitely call Precision as I am a very satisfied customer.
