Aiden Bench came out to replace the springs to our garage door. Aiden is a very nice, friendly, personable, and professional young man. He explained everything in detail and gave us a few options regarding what to do regarding the issue to the springs on the door. He worked very efficiently and professionally. He made sure the door opened and closed smoothly and explained and showed me how the door was now balanced and that the door was opening and closing smoothly. It actually works better and smoother than it did when it was new. I highly recommend Aiden.

Had issues with losing settings on opener. Aiden explained to me that power surges often cause this. Advised to place a surge protector in line to prevent this from happening.

aiden my technician was so professional and friendly... I had to cancel because of a meeting during the service time of 2-4 pm Aiden reached out to me and asked if he could come earlier so I could make my meeting! who does this? wonderful company! i had other people work on my garage door that messed it up and precision came in and fixed the mess without judgement . such reasonable rates too! thank you precision! you really are the best in Pittsburgh Sharon Adams

I contacted Precision Door as they had installed the opener originally and it was giving me trouble. The appointment was made quickly, and the service technician was very helpful and informative. The unit is old and as it turns out needs replacing to solve the problem completely. The technician quoted me a price and explained everything in detail, and he is to return to complete the work. I was very satisfied with the service so far.

Precison Garage Door Service far exceeded my expectations, from the initial call for service and follow-up and confirmation of my same day appointment. Your team kept in constant communication and notified me in advance of the technician assigned to my job. The assigned technician, Damon Burke, called in advance of arriving, was very polite and informative. Damon conducted a twenty five point check of my garage door, hardware, and garage door opener and was very thorough in his assessment of the work to be done. My garage door spring had broke and Damon provided a no pressure estimate for the work to be done. It was a fair and competitive price and I was informed that I would pay only after the job was completed to my satisfaction. Damon went right to work and handled the job in a very timely and efficient manner. Within forty five minutes, the work was done and Damon tested the garage door opener several times to ensure everything was lined up and in good working order. I highly recommend Damon and Precision Garage Door Service for all your needs. Thank you so very much for a job well done.

A representative was sent on the same day I called for an estimate for a new door. The rep was personable, provided several options and suggestions without pressuring. He was thorough in examining and measuring the garage entrance. He also said he’d place order for supplies and materials immediately so that installation can be scheduled ASAP. Aiden was very helpful, patient and thorough. My door had a strange issue but after several try’s Aiden was able to fix it and it is working just fine now
