I don’t usually do this but I needed to give praise to the tech. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they don’t service the type of garage door system I have. It’s a Wayne dalton system. The tech stated that I could probably get the parts at Lowe’s. He didn’t charge me for the visit which I was grateful. So if I need any other garage door work, I will definitely call them back.

They were able to come when I needed them. They answered the phone on a Friday evening at 6pm to schedule our garage door repair for the next day. Where able to quickly repair the door in about an hour. Very nice and professional. Would definitely go with Precision in the future.

Precision Garage Door Service of Pittsburgh is a fantastic company to do business with. From my initial contact with them to the completion of an old opener removal and new garage door opener install, every employee I interacted with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would like to thank John in the warehouse at the Steubenville Pike location who spent time with me to discuss my needs when I initially stopped by with a few questions about their services. John was a great brand ambassador for Precision and after spending time with me discussing Precision's capabilities and showing me how well equipped and well prepared they are for their advertised services, he took my contact information, and made it a point to insure I received a follow up call to schedule an appointment. Within 24hrs, I was contacted by Kim to schedule an appointment to be on site 2 days later. When I needed to re-schedule, the Precision Team provided yet another window of time to accomodate my requested day/time changes that was very convenient for me and within 3 business days of my original appointment. As the time passed to the day of service, I received automated reminders of my appointment with pertinent schedule and technician information prior to the day of my scheduled visit. On the day of the work, Reece also contacted me with a courtesy call to let me know of his pending arrival and arrived well within the time that was scheduled. Upon arrival, Reece walked me through my various options for choosing a new opener and upon selecting the unit of my choice, he promptly began the installation. Reece completed the work in a very timely and professional manner even though he encountered some complications related to the removal of the old, broken opener that I was replacing with a new Liftmaster unit from Precision. Upon completion of the job, Reece made it a point to demonstrate the functionality of the unit and answered any/all of my questions before departing. My thanks to John, Kim, and Reece for their professionalism and efforts. Each of you made my experience with Precision Garage Door Service a very positive experience.

Garage door spring failed on Friday. Precision had a technician out Saturday morning for the repair. Steven showed up on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the issue, wired the repair and began work. Spring replacement took about an hour and a helf but only because Steven to some extra time to address issues with the initial installation. After the job was done, Steven cleaned up the job site, thanked me for using Precision and was on his way. So rare to get such good service anymore. I highly recommend Precision and my thanks to Steven for the service.

If I have a garage door issue, Precision Garage Door Service is the first and only call that I make. Our family has moved a few times within the area over the past 20 years and each house that we've lived in has had a garage door issue. You would think with new-builds, the garage doors would function properly for more than a couple of years...but that has not been the case. Nevertheless, other than being annoyed that yet another garage door has failed us too soon, I don't fret too much because I know we can trust Precision. This last issue, we had a call back almost immediately after we reached out online, and a service call the very next day. George, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You cannot go wrong with Precision! Trust me, I've had to use them three times :)
