Damon was a very polite, respectful young man who explained everything that needed to be done to fix the problem. He even helped set up remote control on both cars to operate the garage door. Which I was not able to accomplish myself.

Garage door spring failed on Friday. Precision had a technician out Saturday morning for the repair. Steven showed up on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the issue, wired the repair and began work. Spring replacement took about an hour and a helf but only because Steven to some extra time to address issues with the initial installation. After the job was done, Steven cleaned up the job site, thanked me for using Precision and was on his way. So rare to get such good service anymore. I highly recommend Precision and my thanks to Steven for the service.

Our technician, George, called to let us know he could arrive earlier than scheduled which worked out great. He was courteous, listened to our problem and was very knowledgeable. Highly Recommended! The staff from the Imperial, PA site is great. Cori M. made choosing and purchasing the garage door a breeze, Tom provided updates with the door's arrival, John of S&R and Kimberly S. assisted in setting up the date for the installation and Justin W. and Aurelio S. installed and ensured the operations of the new garage doors. Everyone was friendly, helpful, courteous, respectful and professional. The doors look great and operate perfectly. I recommend Precision to everyone. If I have a garage door issue, Precision Garage Door Service is the first and only call that I make. Our family has moved a few times within the area over the past 20 years and each house that we've lived in has had a garage door issue. You would think with new-builds, the garage doors would function properly for more than a couple of years...but that has not been the case. Nevertheless, other than being annoyed that yet another garage door has failed us too soon, I don't fret too much because I know we can trust Precision. This last issue, we had a call back almost immediately after we reached out online, and a service call the very next day. George, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You cannot go wrong with Precision! Trust me, I've had to use them three times :)

My garage door opener stopped working. I call Precision Garage Door Service at 11am and had an appointment at 4pm the same day. George the Tech showed up and was extremely courteous and respectful. He took the time to go through the garage door assessment and explained how everything is supposed to work, Extremely knowledgeable!! I had purchased the wrong size opener for my door height but he had what was needed at a very reasonable price. I really liked the fact they texted a picture of George and a little clip about him so I knew who I was dealing with before he showed up, I also got an e mail from the owner of the company. The whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish!! I could tell right away George knew his stuff and his professionalism was unmatched and I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in our garage. I could also tell Dan the owner takes great pride in the training, safety and trust he has in his employees, well done Sir!! If you have any garage door needs I could not recommend Precision Garage Service more highly, great people, great service, fantastic job, super satisfied! Call them first, they are the best!!

My technician Cori Merkel was thorough and professional. Explained a number of things about my door opener etc. that I was not aware of. Showed me exactly what the issue with my door was. Fortunately it was not a major problem and she performed maintenance on the door as well. Advised me of potential problems that I may have with the door and provided quotes without high sales pressure. I have used Precision Door for a number of years and have always been happy with the service provided. I was able to get an appointment very quickly as well.

Precision operates a business the right way! It was great service from beginning to end. The operator who took my call was friendly, efficient, and got me on the schedule in just a couple of days. The technicians Timothy and his apprentice Brian are some good guys. They were on time and did a terrific job in about 30 minutes. The military discount was nice too in a world of rising prices.

Precision Garage Door Service of Pittsburgh is a fantastic company to do business with. From my initial contact with them to the completion of an old opener removal and new garage door opener install, every employee I interacted with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would like to thank John in the warehouse at the Steubenville Pike location who spent time with me to discuss my needs when I initially stopped by with a few questions about their services. John was a great brand ambassador for Precision and after spending time with me discussing Precision's capabilities and showing me how well equipped and well prepared they are for their advertised services, he took my contact information, and made it a point to insure I received a follow up call to schedule an appointment. Within 24hrs, I was contacted by Kim to schedule an appointment to be on site 2 days later. When I needed to re-schedule, the Precision Team provided yet another window of time to accomodate my requested day/time changes that was very convenient for me and within 3 business days of my original appointment. As the time passed to the day of service, I received automated reminders of my appointment with pertinent schedule and technician information prior to the day of my scheduled visit. On the day of the work, Reece also contacted me with a courtesy call to let me know of his pending arrival and arrived well within the time that was scheduled. Upon arrival, Reece walked me through my various options for choosing a new opener and upon selecting the unit of my choice, he promptly began the installation. Reece completed the work in a very timely and professional manner even though he encountered some complications related to the removal of the old, broken opener that I was replacing with a new Liftmaster unit from Precision. Upon completion of the job, Reece made it a point to demonstrate the functionality of the unit and answered any/all of my questions before departing. My thanks to John, Kim, and Reece for their professionalism and efforts. Each of you made my experience with Precision Garage Door Service a very positive experience.
