The original issue was a loud noise on the right side when opening. I actually observed the track vibrating. The noise could be temperature dependent since the door was silent when cold. The technician tried to charge me for a warranty call. He called to move up the appointment and I could not. When he arrived, he checked the operation and lubed the wheels and rails. The noise was evident then but he said it was functioning normally and that the noise might be from a wheel shifting. When I call, I don't seem to be speaking with the local office.

Pricing for the same door spring replacement and same warranty was over $450 more from Precision even after paying your $65 service fee. This is to me gouging and a ripoff!

George called before he arrived to let me know when he would be here and he arrived as he said he would. He explained what he was doing and why… so that I could understand. He was super quick considering what he did. He was so thorough, explaining what he was doing and he had me put the car in the garage and work the door controls before he left.
