Precision sent out technician Randy Swann to our home today to repair a garage door that is sadly only 5 years old. Double 16’ door. Randy diagnosed and explained the problem quickly and provided a price quote within minutes. He and his assistant were here for quite a while replacing a broken and otherwise inadequate spring mechanism and some other substandard parts of the garage track system. Apparently looks like this was one of those cutting corners in new construction situations. Precision replaced it with something that looks to me like will never break and if it does they provide a lifetime warranty. My entire interaction with Precision from booking the job to completion was highly professional and efficient. Not bargain prices by any means but very high quality and I have confidence do not need to ever be concerned with that part of the garage door again. I highly recommend Precision and technician Randy Swann based on my experience.

We had two garage doors installed today by Chuck and everything went as smooth as possible. the doors are in and they look great! Chuck arrived at the time that was reported and he was finished within the time that he allowed himself. the garage and driveway were left without any debris for me to deal with. chuck was very personable, polite and professional who could ask for more!

Called for service at 8:30 am and repairs were complete by 11:30 am. Aaron arrived and immediately recognized that the sensors which detect objects preventing door closure were experiencing an electric shorting problem. Sensors were immediately replaced for a very fair price and system is now working properly.

Tim did a GREAT job installing my new garage door opener and the belt drive is so quiet you cannot hear the door go up or down at all. The lifetime warranty on the belt & motor is a big plus also. I also appreciate they appointment time frame you use, which makes it very easy to get something done without missing a lot of work myself.
