First time using Precision.very They came out the next day we called for service. We were very pleased with Brian. He was very professional and friendly. It did not take him very long to repair our garage door. Would recommend them for any garage problems. They were a little pricey but did a great job.

We were very pleased with our Precision experience. We realized that we had a broken spring around 3:00 pm, and called Precision. Keith showed up about 3 hours later and replaced our springs. He was not only very punctual, but also very polite and efficient. Could not have been happier.

Every time someone comes to the house they comment on how quiet the garage door opener is. It is the best!!. We had the new motor installed about 6 years ago and is fine. Just needed a new bottom panel, electronic eyes,and rollers replaced this time. The repairman, Tim, was on time, curtious and quick. I can't say a bad thing about the company. Keep up the good work.
