Excellent service on my warrantied door opener motor, which was not working right, due to a power surge, and also replaced a missing hinge. The technician, Reece Cramer, was professional, on-time, helpful, obviously knew his stuff, and personable.

Not only was Precision recommended by several friends but the 24/7 service in the ad did convince me to call, being handicapped and in need of my garage in order to get to my car I needed the work done ASAP. I was quite surprised on getting a Sunday morning appointment.. Not only did they email/text all info making everything more comfortable of what to expect but sending a picture and background info of the repairman, who BTW was extremely professional in every way along with his work.. what an asset he is to Precision and will be highly recommended to anyone I know that might need work done on garage doors. Thank you Precision.

I think Tim was our serviceman. He was great. We called one day and he was there the next...when he was supposed to be (and at at time that worked for us)! No waiting forever or taking off work for an 8:00 a.m. window. He was personable and gave us a detailed overview of the problem and how he was going to fix it. He fixed it in about an hour or so and the price was reasonable. We were about as pleased as you could be with the service we got from Precision. We will use them again if we need it and recommend to friends.

I had my garage door break and it would not close, I called on a Sunday and Marcus from the company came out. He was very friendly and helpful, he was able to get the door shut and he worked with me to get a new door ordered. When it came to the installation Justin came out to put up the new door. He was very nice and a good worker. He got the door up in a great timing. It looks beautiful! I would recommend this company to everyone. I'm very happy with the service and the workers.
