This was the most professional Garage service company I have ever utilized. The tech , Reese was very professional, took time to walk me through everything and explain stuff . He checked safety features on the door and made sure everything was working efficiently more than once . He is the reason I will now be using Precision as my new garage door company . The company itself is extremely professional . They communicate very well and even send A picture of the tech who will be arriving at your home . Very happy with this company. Garage door spring broke on Labor day Saturday, so door wouldn't open. Precision came out and fixed problem on Sunday afternoon without charging high weekend/holiday surcharges. People at Precision kept me in constant contact keeping me updated on the project status, George Ramsey was my tech. He went over all the work he would do and the costs, Work was done quickly and at quoted price. Would highly recommend this company.

I had a new LiftMaster Opener installed. Marcus was the installer. He arrived promptly and answered my many questions about what equipment would be installed. He wore a mask, as I did, and maintained social distance. He was thorough, polite, very knowledgeable and patient. When the work had been completed he explained all the features included with the installation. He assisted me to set my code for the Wireless Keyless Entry and tested and retested to make certain I felt comfortable with the new system. He also explained the door control. He explained that maintenance was important and to call if I was experiencing any problems with the system. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Marcus as a technician.

While he was here, I told him about the poor quality of the outside keypad cover which was installed 2 years ago. He offered me a good deal on a more elaborate keypad which solved the issue. We built this house in 1960. Thomas Giel did the garage door. I called him, he was did not have an opening that day. I looked in the yellow pages and saw your 2-page ad and called. The receptionist was very pleasant, checked her schedule and said 11:00 P.m. was open but if an earlier date came up she would call, she called within the hour and had a 2:00 P.M. opening, I said yeah! Tim and another person appeared. Tim could not have been nicer, he explained the suggested repair to me in detail, I gave him the OK, he did the job in a very neat and workmanlike manner in a short amount of time. Tim is a great employee, don't lose him. I love the new quiet overhead door. You are now on my repair list. Thanks.
