Tech inspected the door, explained the problem and offered several fixes. Ended up replacing all the mechanical parts. Due to age of doors he upgraded both doors so I have matching doors. He came supplied with all the parts needed. Completed all the work quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend him and your co.

I would give your service 5 stars. The Tech did a great job explaining the problem, the best way to fix my door, and 3 different ways how much the repairs were going to cost. He did a great job with the fix, the door works better now than what it did when it was installed. The only negative is it wasn't cheap.
