The cable and spring system on our garage door broke late on Sunday evening. I called and the receptionist was very nice and able to get me an appointment on Monday morning which was great! I received a phone call from Tim when he was on his way. Once Tim got here, he was beyond helpful in explaining my options to fix the issue and answered all questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommended working with Precision for any garage door needs you may have!

All I knew was one side of the garage door opener cables were disconnected. I called for an appointment and was able to get one quickly that suited my availability. The technician, Chuck Phillips, was able to let me know what was wrong and gave me several options. I chose replacement of all needed parts along with a lifetime warranty. Chuck was polite and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

called them one day and they were installing a new opener the next day. took about 1 hr. Marcus was quick, through , clean, and very polite. Mine was 22 years old so I though a new one would be best over repairing.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix a door that would not longer open after slamming shut. The technician, Randy, arrived on Sunday within the 2 hour window - Precision does not up the rates on weekends. He checked the door, walked me through all that needed to be done and got right to work. He replaced the spring etc. in a little over 1 hour. He was polite and instructive and had provided me with a text photo and bio before arriving. I will call Precision and ask for Randy in the future if I need to.

The Company was recommended to me by an electrician working here today. When called, someone was sent quickly. Carlo Zanetti was the Technician who installed a new garage door opener to replace a broken one. He was efficient, very professional, very pleasant and, best of all, extremely good at his work. The tech who came to my house was named Nathan. He looked over the job gave me an estimate which was very fair. He performed all work that he stated he would do. This guy is a perfectionist! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend your company to anybody I know who needs garage door service. I called Precision in the morning and although it wasn't an emergency, they scheduled a technician to come out that afternoon within a 2 hour time frame. He arrived promptly after calling first and was done with the work in less than an hour. The tech was pleasant and courteous. Precision was recommended to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

My garage door was broken and stuck in the closed position. I was panicked as it was a Saturday night and a holiday weekend. Your service answered the phone promptly and was very polite and helpful. Your technician Carlo came at 10 o'clock at night. He was here for a good while fixing the problem. He was very polite and skilled. The situation was handled very professionally. Door operator and springs were installed by Precision 8 years ago. Never a single issue. We had an exterior keypad issue was the reason for the service call. George did an awesome job. He checked the entire door over, checked operation, safeties and remotes. We needed to replace the outside keypad, possible area lighting strike. Recommended spring replacement in next year or so just due to age. Put that on the calendar. Thanks to all folks a Precision for quick and honest response.
