I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix a door that would not longer open after slamming shut. The technician, Randy, arrived on Sunday within the 2 hour window - Precision does not up the rates on weekends. He checked the door, walked me through all that needed to be done and got right to work. He replaced the spring etc. in a little over 1 hour. He was polite and instructive and had provided me with a text photo and bio before arriving. I will call Precision and ask for Randy in the future if I need to.

The Company was recommended to me by an electrician working here today. When called, someone was sent quickly. Carlo Zanetti was the Technician who installed a new garage door opener to replace a broken one. He was efficient, very professional, very pleasant and, best of all, extremely good at his work. In an hour or so the door was working perfectly again. I was impressed and pleased. Thank you Precision and thank you Carlo! Helen Witt, Crafton, PA
