The tech who came to my house was named Nathan. He looked over the job gave me an estimate which was very fair. He performed all work that he stated he would do. This guy is a perfectionist! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend your company to anybody I know who needs garage door service. I want to thank Nathan for his honesty and integrity plus the fine work he does.

I called Precision in the morning and although it wasn't an emergency, they scheduled a technician to come out that afternoon within a 2 hour time frame. He arrived promptly after calling first and was done with the work in less than an hour. The tech was pleasant and courteous. Precision was recommended to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

My garage door was broken and stuck in the closed position. I was panicked as it was a Saturday night and a holiday weekend. Your service answered the phone promptly and was very polite and helpful. Your technician Carlo came at 10 o'clock at night. He was here for a good while fixing the problem. He was very polite and skilled. The situation was handled very professionally. Your service is top notch and I would highly recommend you!! Thank you so much!!

My garage door spring had broken, and the gentleman who I usually call was unavailable for several days, so I googled garage door repair, and Precision was the first site that came up. I saw that the reviews were good, and that the chance for same day service was a possibility. I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours.... everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional, and the work that was completed was done well and in a timely manner! I will call Precision when needed in the future!

Justin did an excellent job, first getting to my house in the middle of a snow storm, and then replacing my garage door opener with a new one. He was on time, did the job properly, was neat and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Carlo Zanetti was the Technician who installed a new garage door opener to replace a broken one. He was efficient, very professional, very pleasant and, best of all, extremely good at his work.
