I have used Precision Garage Door several times over the years for installation of new equipment, repairing old equipment and routine checkups. They have always been great. They are extremely timely (almost always same-day) and the service techs are always very polite and helpful. They listen to what I want, but will add their own suggestions when they have them (i.e., keep me from making a mistake). They give thorough inspections, but I never felt like they’d oversold any repairs needed. The price has always been very reasonable for the quality of the parts and work. I once check about replacing a bottom seal myself and found the part alone was almost as much as getting them to install it for me! I have nothing but good things to say. I wish all home repair companies were like Precision Doors.

I have always used the services of Precision and have usually been satisfied with not only the service but the employees..However I cannot comment on services because nothing has been done. Chuck looked at the door and said he had to get material from the warehouse…I have not heard anything. I am waiting for a repair date since 12/31/22…

I cannot remember the technician's name, but he was very informative. He seemed to know the ins and outs of repairing a garage door. My door is old and the wrong spring was on it. The cable broke so the technician suggested that I get the package deal with the 5 year warranty. I am very satisfied with my experience with Precision and will definitely recommend them.

We had been pleased with previous maintenance service performed by Precision, so called on you again when the sprocket in our old opener broke. Scheduling was easy and my wife really appreciated the email with the photo of the serviceman who was scheduled to come so she knew who to expect. He gave me a very nice summary of the options and costs from fixing the 14 year-old opener to replacing it with the same type to upgrading to the top-of-the-line belt drive. We chose the latter and installation was quick and he took the time to explain the new features and differences. He left the garage as clean as he found it. We couldnâ??t have asked for better service and will be sure to call back if we ever need maintenance on the new opener or the existing garage door. Thanks.
