Damon was our service technician and he did a wonderful job providing us with maintenance. It had been about 8 years since we needed any repairs and wanted a check up to alleviate any emergency situation. We were able to get an appointment with only a one day wait time, which was our choice. We were kept very well informed regarding the name and a photo of our technician as well as a two hour window of arrival, which was very much appreciated. Damon was knowledgeable, polite, and provided us with an estimate before he did any work. The work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and we are very pleased! We definitely recommend Precision Door!

Two comments: -$20 energy surcharge + service call fee - gas a lowest price in two years. Should be part of service fee. -My second spring was not broken but I agreed to replace unit - cost for second spring should be reduced because torsion bar and end pulley had to be removed to replace broken spring.
