The repair man was at my house five minutes after I called. Wonderful. Steve Pagliari was very good at explaining the problem. He was very clear about cost. The total repair was done within 45 minutes of my initial phone call. Thanks so much. My car was in the garage and I was afraid that I would not be able to leave to do my errands.

Two comments: -$20 energy surcharge + service call fee - gas a lowest price in two years. Should be part of service fee. -My second spring was not broken but I agreed to replace unit - cost for second spring should be reduced because torsion bar and end pulley had to be removed to replace broken spring.
