Willow answered the initial call, and she was very courteous and professional. I quickly received notification that I was in the queue. Then, the technician called to say that she could arrive earlier, if I could accommodate it. Cori was great! I remembered her from years ago, as she was very personable and knowledgeable.

After a referral from my daughter—another satisfied customer—I called at 6:40 last night because I was concerned about security. Since my daughter’s home experienced a power outage yesterday and she was still able to use her garage door throughout, I opted for an upgrade. Precision emergency service was excellent. Precision was able to fit me into their schedule based on our emergency situation. Precision called and texted leading up to my scheduled appointment. The Precision service advisor (George Ramey) arrived on-time, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our garage door was fixed with little downtime. I have been using Precision for over 20 years and would highly recommended them for all garage door service.

Unexpected garage door spring break! (Then again you never expect it!) After researching all of the available, regional options I chose Precision, and I'm very satisfied. If you are looking for an experienced garage technician and a company that cares about safety, expertise and knowledge of the business, then seek out Precision Door and Cory Jo Merkel. Cory's knowledge of every aspect of garage repair that includes openers, technology and every roller, spring or safety checklist amazed me how she could make a difficult situation a positive completion of the project, which was installing a new garage door opener. Cory has the knowledge to supersede the problem, a too short extension cord and the possibility of hiring an electrician, which would cost extra money. it didn't surprise me that Cory had an answer to the problem, an 8 foot rail to ensure a perfect connection to connect everything needed to make the opener a successful job. Cory took the time to explain every detail from remote to setting up all the necessary details for a safe and less stressful experience , the customer. For me, it was like a magic act when Cory would go into her work bag and find ways to fix any problems that seemed to hinder the work process for a complete installation. There is no doubt, and from previous experience with Precision Garage Door, that an emergency or repair service will go for Corry, who I trust to tackle any future appointments. Cory is at the highest level of professionalism from the very beginning to a successful end product.
