I came home on a Saturday afternoon and as soon as my garage door came down it made a horrendous noise. I noticed the one spring had cracked. I went online to find a garage door repair vendor. I called Precision and they had someone out to my home that afternoon. The technician was very polite and he made all of the necessary repairs. The springs that ran along my wall, the wheels that run along the rail and the belt drive was all replaced. There was a life time warranty which made me happy. It only took him about an hour to complete the work. I cannot say enough about how good this experience was. I was just so grateful that someone could come out the same day! I would highly recommend Precision!

I was so satisfied with the service I received. Aaron, the technician, was friendly and very efficient. He replaced the garage door key pad. He also checked to make sure the garage door opener was working properly. He explained everything he did and made sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Sal, the technician. We did not anticipate having to replace our garage doors but Sal spelled out the pros and cons of repair vs door replacement options. He seemed quite knowledgeable and capable - we chose to replace both doors. (service performed not listed: turned out to be an evaluation of our current door - problems - and the decision to pursue replacement vs repair)

Somehow Tara managed to work us in to your booked-up repair schedule. Kasey was here on time (thanks, too, for the email confirmation), was totally professional, obviously capable, polite and courteous. Took care of the problem efficiently. No hype. No up-sell. Just straightforward and honest service. You guys have a winning formula. Thanks so much. (Here's a free plug: We have one of your Precision opener systems. This is the first repair/ maintenance since it was installed, which was so long ago that you didn't even have a record of us as an existing customer. Now that's a reliable product!)

I am satisfied with the services provided by Precision. I called Precision on Saturday and the person told me he can send service person in late of Saturday to check my garage door. I asked them to come on Sunday. The service guy shown up on time and checked the door and offered me several options to fix the door. I choose one option, he fixed my garage door in one hour and half hour.

I was very happy with the service I received. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Service was provided in an timely fashion. Another company I called that stated they had 24/7 service, didn't answer the phone. Along with replacing the broken spring, Chris also replaced the cables and 'wheels', maybe they are the 'rollers', anyway, I am very happy with the experience I've had with Precision Door Service and would recommend them to others.
