Today was the third time we worked with Precision. Our garage door wouldn't close and cold air was getting in. Called yesterday, service today. Wow! Tim was amazing! Great style, very knowledgeable and professional, didn't product-push but offered helpful options/solutions to our needs. I told him he "represents the Precision Brand very well." I am satisfied with the services provided by Precision. I called Precision on Saturday and the person told me he can send service person in late of Saturday to check my garage door. I asked them to come on Sunday. The service guy shown up on time and checked the door and offered me several options to fix the door. I choose one option, he fixed my garage door in one hour and half hour.

I was very happy with the service I received. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Service was provided in an timely fashion. Another company I called that stated they had 24/7 service, didn't answer the phone. Along with replacing the broken spring, Chris also replaced the cables and 'wheels', maybe they are the 'rollers', anyway, I am very happy with the experience I've had with Precision Door Service and would recommend them to others.
